I did some research on this place, and found out that my body needed to be here after a two hrs. drive from LA. I called an made an appointment the day before which also is recommended for here, parking was not an issue because they are located in a strip mall. This place is kinda small but really cute, I arrive a few mins. early no one was at the front desk, but a sign that was visible that stated if you're early please have a seat, I peaked around the corner and saw a lady doing some yoga moves, did't know that she was my therapist and the owner. She greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile and showed to the room.The room was very nice and clean with smoothing music playing, I got an hour of pure relaxing bliss, she hit all of my sore spots, stretching bending plus Nancy uses a variety of techniques with her forearms elbows, knees, feet and of course her hands. and yes she did perform my favorite the Ashiatsu massage. Made a call and a nice man answered the phone and checked if there was a 12pm appt available (it was 11am at the time of the phone call) he checked and said that would be fine and the cost would be $80 for 1 hour. He also filled me in on Nancy- how she was trained in Thailand and would do a traditional Thai with walking on the back and stretching or with oils. The massage was very relaxing and lovely. The gentleman on the phone spoke perfect English, explained everything in detail and gave accurate directions to location. I told him I was nearby and he let me know that Chris was available right away. I paid the $60 for an hour and was escorted to a nice room with a fan providing cooling air movement I the room. I disrobed and got under the sheet as instructed. Chris came in shortly thereafter. She was very polite and professional. I told her of my aches and pains from golf and such the she began her work. The diminutive Nancy began by deftly WALKING over my body, expertly locating and dealing with any knots and stiffness she encountered. Remarkable balance! That in itself left me feeling so good but then the massage proceeded with hot stones, comforting warm oil and just the right amount of pressure. Nancy's stretching and manipulation was excellent as we proceeded, the lighting was soft and relaxing and the soothing background music was eclectic and interesting. Highly recommended. Arrived Palm springs after 6 hours of flight and lugging my pet dog must have hit a spot. I could hardly get in and out of car without excruciating back pain. Found Nancy on yelp.
