I booked a last minute trip to 29 Palms and really wanted to get a massage. Natalie was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help arrange a mobile massage for me and my husband, even on short notice. She was attentive throughout, making sure the pressure during the deep tissue massage was exactly how we liked it & checking in to see if we needed more or less. I woke up the next day feeling completely relaxed, and my back felt so much better. Natalie is truly amazing! Just a heads-up: she's not based directly in the Joshua Tree/29 Palms area, so there is a travel fee. But for the convenience of relaxing in your Airbnb or home and waking up feeling refreshed, it's absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be booking with her again when I return! We booked a couples massage with Tranquility while traveling to Palm Springs for a long weekend break. We had them set up in our hotel room. Venus and Renae showed up on time (well a bit early so they could set up) and were great about working with the space we had. We had done some furniture adjustment before they came, so that helped. They both were communicative and wonderful. It was a terrific and relaxing experience and I love the convenience of staying in the hotel and not seeking out a spa to get a massage. All in all it was great. I would recommend them and use them again. My one note of improvement would be to let the client how they will need to pay for services. I got a confirmation with the names of my masseuses prior to arriving and it would be awesome if it would have said Renae prefers Zelle for payment and Venus prefers Venmo. Not everyone uses these payment systems everyday (we are from a small town so we hardly ever do), so it took us a moment to get logged in and get them all paid - had I known prior it would have been ready and far more efficient. Since I had never used her services, I was a little leery at first, but she was very professional right from the start and put me at ease. We booked a 90 minute massage. You get that full time.
