At first, I got a response that said, "Unable to service," when all I did was ask about a standard deep tissue massage and also asked if they could recommend a chiropractor. I asked just what their basic pricing is, and they simply refuse to respond. I have had some outstanding bodywork therapists, both in Los Angeles and Riverside counties, over the last 30 years. Now that I live in the Palm Springs area full-time, I was looking for somebody consistent who wasnt expensive, like at the big spas, and I also wanted somebody who could give a good, strong, legit massage. Instead I get silence when asking a basic question. I guess Palm Springs Men's Wellness Retreat doesn't want my business at all, and that's a shame. This practice is not going to last if it doesn't understand the very basics of customer service.
