I offered a 20% tip after the massage. The therapist replied this wasn't enough and they wanted more. They suggested a 30% tip. I replied I would leave no tip. She then charged my card a 20% tip. I don't appreciate a shakedown after my massage. Won't be coming back. read more

I can't recommend this place enough. My buddies wife told me about it and I figured I would give it a shot. On a Monday, I had worked out a little too hard and clearly injured my shoulder. I was hesitant to go in but boy am I glad I did! $70 for a full hour - my shoulder pain is GONE - AND - my hips have been tight because of all the sitting I do and she got rid of that too. Absolutely awful experience. I paid for a couples massage and asked specifically about whether or not they used hot rocks.. I was told yes.. after the experience I asked my significant other whether or not they received that full treatment. They did. I thought this was odd, considering I did not. So after I paid and tipped quite generously, I brought this up.. I was sent a video of someone in a hallway carrying something and told myself as well as my S.O received what I paid for. I didn't even want my money back, I just wanted it to be acknowledged that I did not get what I paid for. Disgusting customer service and it was never resolved. I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else because you won't get what you paid for here. read more

I do not recommend this place at all ! I first booked an appointment and my time was randomly switched a day before with no explenation. Once getting the massage the lady kept walking out to pick up calls, book other appointments and greet other customers that came in (all during my session). The lady was very rough even though I asked for soft pressure, twice. The music stopped playing and YouTube ads came up, I was able to hear others talking in other rooms, not peaceful AT ALL. For these reasons I decided to only tip 10% of the bill and when I did so the lady demanded more tips, I was very surprised by this and added an extra $5 when the lady again mandated more tips saying I HAD to tip 20% ! I told her how unsatisfied I was and that being the reason for my tip, which she could care less and kept asking for more tips (no filter). Due to their horrible service and demand for higher tips they lost 10 customers that I had planned to recommend. I have NEVER been told by anyone how much tip I "needed" to leave, as I told the lady if you guys expect 20% out of every customer maybe you should include that on the total because as far as I'm concerned tips are what you feel comfortable leaving based on the services you got. Really bad place, my only chance to relax from my very busy life was completely ruined. read more
