I was having a down day and needed some relaxation. I opened Yelp and searched for a local reflexology place. The prices reeled me in! I called and made an appointment the same day. I like the location of this place as there seems to be plenty of parking and it's also quiet. This business is located in a small plaza along with a nail salon, dance studio and Dunkin. The receptionist was very nice and explained to me the options since this was my first visit. I went with the 40 minute reflexology and received a free hand mask which left my hands nice and soft. They kindly offered me a water on the way out. Now the reason for the 4 stars. The massage therapist I had possibly smoked right before I came in because his hands smelled quite a bit like cigarettes. The massage table I was laying on was also positioned very flat so as I was laying with my legs hanging down into a tub of warm water my lower back started to hurt a little. I did enjoy the massage and didn't feel rushed at all. I plan on coming back whenever I need a bit of relaxation. read more

Wow what a find in Attleboro (technically Rehoboth, but just over the town line)! This brand new business is amazing! Just had an hour foot message and my feet and legs have never felt better. I used to go to places like this when I lived in LA and have not found anything like this on the east coast. They are offering a 30 minute free coupon right now and I high recommend! The location is clean, friendly, reasonably priced, and easy to get to and I was told they are also opening an Asian and sushi restaurant in late winter! Can't wait to try it then! read more

I am going to try to keep this short vs. a long winded review. This was by far the worst and most awkward massage I have ever gotten. And I have had my fair share from Swedish, deep tissue to Thai massages. I was looking for a massage that was focused on the feet, hence why I looked for a reflexology place. Based on the 5 star yelp reviews I made an appointment online, that was the easy and best part of this experience. 1. I get there 5 mins early, no waiver to sign, they don't speak ANY english (which I don't mind because my parents speak broken english, bu they also start verbally fighting in front of me). 2. I am put in a room with 5 other beds, no one was there but it was a giant room. 3. The massage was supposed to be 15 mins upper body, 15 mins lower and 30 mins feet. 4. The first 15 mins. it was basically her playing with my hair and neck. 5. The foot massage was literally someone putting lotion on your feet and calves for 25 minutes, not much pressure or anything. 6. At one point, it felt like she wasn't massaging my feet, I look to see her, and she her eyes are closed and she is DOZING OFF!!....... 7. Finally it is done but then she told me to lie facing down. I did and she gave me back/leg massage, the pressure was very hard. 8. Another customer comes in and the guy proceeds to have her come in the same room I am in. 9. I am finally done with my massage, at this point, I have to change my pants but there is the other client, my massage lady, and the other guy masseuse. IT WAS SO AWKWARD........ I took my stuff and walked down the hall to use their bathroom to change. 10. I can't say anything about the guy masseuse but with my experience, I would NEVER go there again or recommend it to anyone. read more

I really wanted to like this place but it was unprofessional and unsanitary. No one was there when we showed up for our appointment. We called and they arrived AT THE TIME the appointment was scheduled. (Being in the spa industry myself, I would arrive early to set up, but whatever). They start the service and are chatting (loudly and not in English) almost the entire time. We're relaxing, so read the room, but ok chat away- except when my partner's technician was talking, mine would stop moving her hands as she's distracted listening to what's being said. That's when she wasn't seemingly falling asleep. They both use opened tubs of massage cream and Vaseline, dipping gloved hands from the tub to my feet and back. Multiple times. Then will go on to do this for the next client. So unsanitary. Then the phone rings and she answers a personal call and chats for a minute before getting back to the service. The service itself wasn't as described in the menu which made me physically uncomfortable as well (recovering from surgery, I wouldn't have scheduled this particular service if it was described correctly, and the language barrier was too strong to get through). Being in the industry, I'm usually just happy to receive treatments but this was a terrible experience I paid way too much for. Uncomfortable, unprofessional and unsanitary. I know businesses are struggling right now, I am too, but I was more than happy to spend that money for a birthday treat. I thought I found a place I could return to in the future for regular appointments but I'll have to keep looking. read more

I've been to several different reflexology places and this is by far one of my favorites. Clean, plenty of parking and availability, and very polite service. I opted for the Deluxe Tuina massage with foot reflexology and it was worth every penny! Will definitely be back. read more

This place is not what it used to be. I will not go back and I would definitely not recommend it to anybody. I made a reservation for a 60 minute reflexology ahead of time and received e-mail confirmation. The masseuse excused herself 2 or 3 times to go answer the phone and to let others in. She was chatting the whole time loudly with another masseuse. The treatment felt more like a rub than a pressure point treatment. Hardly a relaxing experience or atmosphere. When I went to check out I was told I had had a Beijing treatment that was $50 not $40. I showed the checkout person my e-mail where I was booking the reflexology but she insisted I had had the more expensive treatment. I would expect an establishment to confirm their schedules and services if they are not sure, and that it is the establishment's responsibility to know what treatment they are giving someone and not the customer's. After all many places put their own little twist on their services. How am I to know that I'm not receiving the treatment I booked?? After back and forth, embarrassed, I give her my card. Only to be told only cash or checks are accepted. "There is no longer a machine"??? Needless to say, I didn't have the cash so I was directed to a smoke shop next door for an ATM. I was told the $2.80 fee would be waived. To my surprise I was not only charged $2.80 but also a $3 withdrawal fee so the whole transaction cost me $5.80 of which the reflexology place gave me $2 back. There is something very wrong with what is going on here, much more than just a language barrier. The whole operation seems like a rip off. A big rip off. I will also file a complaint with the BBB. read more

Worst experience ever! First they called me 30 min before my appt to ask me to come in 15 min. later because the prior appt came in late. I said okay, but shouldn't the late person stop their treatment 15 min early? When I got there I had to wait another 20 min and only when I called the owner did someone come in the room. The therapists did not speak any English and there was no one at the desk so I was unable to ask for my service to be shortened. During the treatment, my therapist got up at least 4 times to tend to the door when people came in? How do you run a business like this? I felt bad, I don't think it was the therapist's fault but I will certainly never patron this place again. read more

Walking in the atmosphere was inviting and calming, I was greeted by the person working the desk and was showed to a room with two beds. I love that it wasn't just out in the open! I love the decor and was very clean. I believe Alison was the person who did the 1hr foot reflexology for me. It was amazing to say the least. I felt taken care of for that hour and never rushed or pushed around. I, myself work in a professional customer service role and I appreciate when I'm treated as a guest and not just another person to service. I received a discount coupon on my way out which was a nice touch. I cannot wait for my second visit because the first one was so worth it! read more
