I believe my lady's name was Cici and she was fantastic! I had told her about some neck issues I was having and she really dug into that area, in addition to my lower back (which I've been having issues but never mentioned). I think she could tell as she was feeling for tenseness and such. This place is more of reflexology/thai massage type place so more use of other body parts to massage (elbows, forearms, etc...) not just fingers. They also had the pole for walking on your back if you're into that and request it.
