I was more than pleasantly surprised. There were locker rooms and many places to sit around the pool (which for anyone who has great difficulty walking outside a pool is a god-send!) Both therapists I have had, Hunter and Patti, are engaging, knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. (They are both also a hoot! :-) Hunter even lets me choose the music while I am there!) In just 2 months I have had significant improvement! It was fairly easy to get reserved pool time that works with my limited schedule and they are very easy to work with, both personally and insurance-wise. I have never used the land-based therapy but they seem to have an abundance of great equipment and therapists. I can't recommend them enough!

You will never reach someone on the first try, and they will call back at the end of the business day so if you miss that call, good luck. They are disorganized, frequently unprofessional, cycle through staff, and don't seem to be able to communicate with each other. Be ready for some phone tag, and to be given conflicting information between one conversation and the next. Highly recommend you save yourself a headache and find a pediatrician with some professionals running the place.

The office was very modern and clean and the receptionist was quick and professional. I waited less than 10 minutes when I was called. They also have a lab onsite and when I downloaded their app, I had my results within minutes! My entire visit was 30-45 minutes, the dr. called in my meds and I was on my way.
