So once you was out the door and I look and found a clock I see it was only 1 hour. I quickly pulled on my top and pants, left the room barefoot to find someone and no one was around. I found an office door and knocked and when opened i said that my appointment was 90 minutes. The ladies apologized same saying that it was written down as 60. I remember speaking to a man, which is why I believe this is on the manager's fault. No one else. After discussion amongst them and apologies I was shown back to the room prepped again and was given the rest of 30 minutes. This was incredibly disruptive to getting that full 90 minute experience. But again, the massage itself was great and if it wasn't for these two big things they would have been given five stars. I will give it another shot. The rest of the massage I was on guard trying to guide her to stay away from an injured part of my body and to manage the pressure so I could tolerate it.
