And the news delivered to me after said colonic left me feeling uneasy. The other 2 visit I received a Cortizone shot for my knee pain. and within hours my knee was feeling 100 % better. The first shot in 2021 was quite scary to say the least but the the guy that gave me the shot was very efficient and fast and it only felt like a pin stick. He gave the shot in the front of my knee. The second shot in 2022 was given by Dr. Barton, which was also given in the front of my knee. I had no problems either time with the shots. They both lasted a good year before I felt the pain starting to resurface. Hence I make another appointment for February 13,2023 again expecting a good result. well Dr. Barton walked in and several comments were made about me. she gave me the shot ( Cortizone) which I thou I was to be given in the side of my knee. She proceeded to give me shot and the needle felted liked it had touched my bone and she shoved it deeper into my knee, it hurted like hell. so I asked her about the different approach she had used and she replied (I can give the shot anywhere I want to. ) Well my knee has never been right since and this weekend it hurt so bad , I had to use a brace and cane even to get up and walk.I dont think I got a Cortizone shot at all. I will not be going back but I will be calling the director.

There was no need to express my frustration with her because she's the messenger. This is a matter that management/ owners of the establishment should deal with. What took place this morning was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate, and simple poor business practice. The hydration therapy service that is provided here is definitely something this area needs because of the benefits it offers. However, I could easily venture out to other area that offers the same services with a more convenient schedule and reliability, but I choose to give this location a try after being referred here for other services that I have been very pleased with. Would I recommend or refer others here? Absolutely for any other service other than the hydration therapy treatment.
