Get towels one of the towels has lavender infused, which is the perfect way to end your session. The session itself is 40 minutes and it is so relaxing. You can watch YouTube or Netflix or anything that you want on the TV. It is yours for the 40 minutes.. afterwards, definitely hot, but I felt so relaxed so calm and they have this water that I definitely had to buy.
