Stopped by here to find out if they take bluecross blueshield. I found out that it is $95 for an hour and $50 for a half hour. Depending on what ones deductible is, it could be less. I met with Brett E. Fuller who is a chiropractor, acupuncture and nutritionist. Mr. Fuller informed me that you will need to see the doctor here first, before you can make an appointment with him (meaning Mr. Fuller) I will be sure to look into this. I give this place three stars, because they were not really open to answer all my questions. Normally they are open on Fridays, but today they were not. I will check back here later. read more

EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and lying receptionist. On top of that, expect a $90 fee if you miss your appt that you wait for for two months and never get the reminder call they promise to make. When you do make it in, you can expect to wait for about an hour past your appointment time while dr. Kim dilly dallies with other patients and chit chats about personal plans right in front of the reception area. I was very excited to find what I thought was a great "crunchy friendly" pediatrician, and drove all the way from Dale City to see her a couple of times, but I DEFINITELY won't be going back, nor will I recommend her practice to anyone. Update: I received the bill for $90 and they sent it in my FOUR MONTH OLD son's name!!! Last time I checked, you bill the parent or guardian, not a newborn!!! read more

GOOD CARE, BAD BILLING PRACTICES came in with an injury and I'll definitely say the care was good. On a scale of 1-10 I'll give it a 7.5 for the chiropractic and massage therapy. I went for a few months and had some improvement, plus Dr Fuller is very knowledgeable. The reason why I gave 3 stars is because of how they handle billing. I never had an issue making any payments and I was contacted by one of the receptionist and Dr Fuller about a late bill. I didn't mind being contacted, what I mind was how rude both individuals were, given the fact I wasn't aware I owed anything. They claimed to have sent a bill a few times, both were blunt, obnoxious and expressed frustration! Funny thing is the amount was so small it was no worry for me to go that day and send a check. I was pretty surprised by how they handled this and I'll never go back. I actually referred a few people before this happened. They need to learn etiquette in the customer service arena and more importantly, let your customer know about a debt before calling and bashing. Very unprofessional given I've spent a good amount of money there and for a late bill that accounts for 1% of the amount I've spent they will lose a customer. read more

Dr. Kim is a very knowledgeable, caring doctor who will spend whatever long she needs to attend to the needs of her patients. She isn't rushing you out the door after 15 minutes. She takes her time which my family and I truly appreciate! What I love the most about Dr. Kim is that she offers natural remedies to bring natural healing to your body. She cares about your immune system and wants it to be strong. This is so important to me because I have a child who I want to grow healthy and strong. When my child was sick Dr. Kim did just as I explained above, and the natural interventions truly worked. She makes herself available to her patients via email, and she replies pretty quickly. I pay out of pocket so the billing aspect of it is really easy. I just pay right after my appointment at the front desk. The staff there is very friendly and respectful. We highly recommend Dr. Kim! I've been working with Dr. Fuller and his staff for nearly 5 years now. As a serious athlete, I simply could not do what I do without his treatments. He has help me recover from injuries related to over training, provided structural training, chiropractic and holistic help as well. They now offer massages that I have been scheduling every 6 weeks for maintenance and recovery. Cameron is by far the best I have ever had work on me. The combination of these 2 amazing people have helped me complete not 1 but 2 Ironmans and nearly 30 triathlons over this time span. Went to Dr. Kim a few years ago and she started off nice. She wasn't really interested in helping me once I wasn't coming to her regularly. For her cost, her meds and suggestions weren't helping me. After a grade 3 separation of my shoulder earlier this year, I initially visited Dr Fuller for help stabilizing my shoulder so I could run a race 3 weeks after the fall. I have continued to see him & his staff every few weeks for PT (chiropractic & massage). They are very professional & have my best interests in mind. We see Dr. Kim for my 3yo son, who has respiratory/bacterial problems. Her knowledge is broad and she is open to a ll kinds of therapies from homeopathic to herbal to conventional medicine. But what makes her unlike ANY OTHER DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN is commitment to her patients. She returns emails! On Christmas! I sent her a frantic email at 2 am because my son was having respiratory problems and I was hesitating on what to do. She responded! No other doctor does that. She is so patient and puts up with my husband who asks a billion questions and takes as much time as we need. She seems to really love my son and just love kids.
