Acts all nice of course does the whole run around how it's so important to have communication but they have 0 clue how to communicate or call if there is an issue with the patient. Instead they tuck patients TIGHTLY underneath their blankets so they are forced not to move. Too weak to remove the blanket because they give them certain meds to knock them out. Before my grandmother arrived at this facility she was able to walk EVEN THOUGH SHES BLIND. She was able to cook, clean, wash her own dishes. Take out her own trash. Our appointment was very close to our boy's naptime and needless to say her was very cranky and not really cooperating. The therapist that helped us was super patient with him and did her best at trying to connect with him and make him feel comfortable. At the end of it all we had a successful evaluation and we got all the answers that we needed. Thankfully we won't have to be coming back here anytime soon, but if we do end up needing therapy in the future, I am very confident they will do an amazing job.

I contacted the office, the wellness coordinator that attended me did not sympathize or apologize for anything and quickly tried to dismiss it. She told me to fill out a cancellation form, a form that I was not given in October. I filled it out and thought that would be the end. No. I check my account again this month and realize that I had been charged AGAIN for March and April! This time I had proof and emailed the office to refund these charges. The wellness coordinator this time was not as dismissive and she told me that they would but she did not apologize for the mistake that this time I had proof for. The lack of proper customer service is frustrating. Honestly, don't want anyone else to experience this so please be careful.

And today, after my mother no longer has any teeth, we got charged $50 for her canceling her last dental cleaning at Oakwell under the 48 hour grace period. My mother has been their patient for years and they won't waive the $50 fee EVEN THOUGH SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY TEETH FOR THEM TO CLEAN.
