I got a gift certificate for a 60 minute massage. I've had massages in the past, swedish/deep tissue, relaxing. This was a completely different massage, in a good way. The tiny lady hopped up on the table with me, used different body parts to massage mine. It "hurt so good". My body felt relaxed and muscles released after the hour. This is my go to place for a massage in loudoun. The massage is good and people are nice. Prices are reasonable.

I was able to get in for an evening appt and I'm so glad I did! Mr. Pan did a great job working the knots on shoulders. My shoulders are always very tight regardless if I get massages at least once a month. He also massaged my hands and arms which other massage places doesn't really spend too much time on. I love deep tissue massages and he delivered! But maybe next time I'll ask to go a little softer on my legs or have them skip it cuz they're usually pretty sensitive. But I just let him work and I feel so relieved. The pain in some parts was definitely worth it! Prices are very reasonable. I highly suggest this place or at leastvgive it a try once. It's not a fancy spa where you end up paying over $200 for a 90min massage but don't knock it til you try it. I will definitely be going back. My search for a good massage places may have just ended. This is my first time so I can only speak for how Mr. Pam massages, but there's also female masseuse if you prefer. I personally prefer males for deep tissue. This is definitely one of the best massages I've gotten to date. The place is in a strip mall next to Food Lion so there is plenty of parking. One thing also, they accept cc's without adding a fee. Wow!! I just had the most amazing 2hr massage with Helen. Hands down the best massage I have EVER had, and I have had A LOT- (I get massage often due to stress with my business and maybe too much exercise). I can't even describe this massage....the methodical technique was incredible, almost surreal . I felt myself falling to sleep (not a bad thing) several times, but her intuition for finding the trigger points was something I have never experienced. Not bad for the prices they offer. Good ambiance. I do dislike the fact that there are curtains which makes me feel slightly uncomfortable, as most massage places have rooms with doors. I feel anyone can peek in while walking by. I know no one would want to, but I couldn't fully relax having that uncertain feeling. Second bad point about this place is the communication problem with the masseuses. People at the front desk can speak okay, but not the massage therapists. I purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I read all the reviews, gave it a try anyway and I'm glad I did. Everyone was very professional and true to what other reviewers said, I was taken right back to one of the "rooms". No paperwork necessary. The layout is strange, the room was dark and atmospheric of a spa with a nice size table and chair. The rooms are open air...the walls do not go up to the ceiling and there is a curtain for a doorway. I think it works well as long as everyone whispers. When I go again I will bring ear plugs because not all clients whispered. There were no blankets, only towels and it wasn't enough to cover my large ass-ets but who cares? The massage was ahmazing!! Which is what we all go for right? There was a timer when we began and it went off in the middle of my last foot massage, but she finished up and didn't hurry. Sure she left the room to get warm wet towels to wipe the oil but it wasn't a big deal. On my way out I almost laughed out loud because they gave me a Dixie cup of water...no lie. It was a very small bathroom Dixie cup of spring water. I'd totally go again but bring ear plugs. And water. read more

Excellent experience when I was there last week with my sister. I have been looking for a massage place for awhile through yelp. I checked out the yelp reviews, the usual mix of starts, a lots more positive than negative. I figure if I call and they can commode two people we will go, so we did. Same day! The lady who answered my phone is very friendly. We got deep tissue massage for both of us which was just right pressure. My massage lady was very sweet, asked if there were any problems areas and got to work. She was focused and really take care my problem areas. Same as my sister. She like her massage too. This was my first scheduled massage experience, so I don't have much to compare the experience to. That being said, I absolutely enjoyed it. Bought a deep tissue massage Groupon at a "discounted" rate (later saw that prices are basically the same if you just call them) and made an appointment for the next day. This was a weekday so it wasn't busy, and I wasn't disappointed with the massage. Quiet rooms with pull-shut curtains, relaxing music. Massage consisted of a basic deep tissue rub, oil, lotion, and hot rocks. Felt great. When I was leaving they charged my Groupon but accidentally charged full price again to my credit card when I went to tip. Not a huge deal at the time (I felt great after having just received the massage, so I want really in a mood to get upset), and they just went ahead and gave me a free coupon for another massage. If you're looking for a deep tissue, no frills and excellent price massage parlor, this is the place to go! They have a large number of beds and therapists. I have a very busy schedule. So, its nice that they are able to take walk ins or short notice appointments. I have had for the most part, good therapists. A few, i did not favor. But i know the 2 best ones, depending on what my body needs that day. I sometimes come in with major knots in my back. That's when i know i need Pan to work out the kinks for me. He is fabulous at stretching and a session with him always leaves me with the : "it hurts so good" feeling. On days when i need a relaxation type of massage, Leah is my go to girl. She helps me relax and i often get a nap during her session. I really appreciate the value of this establishment. Good experience overall! read more

My husband and I agree the massages we get here are superior. The therapists are intuitive in their treatment, they are able to locate areas that need attention without coaching, the environment is clean and fresh, the attention to the client is 100% The ambiance is not a "spa" environment with a room where the guest relaxes in a robe with trickling water. It is the massage itself that is relaxing. The massage spaces are adjacent to one another, separated by curtains that provide privacy. Noises can occasionally be heard from other people but they are minimal and not distracting - I am removed from hearing noises because I am feeling the massage take my body from a place of extreme tension to feeling like a noodle. If I need the ambiance of a spa, I will go to the spa, or, maybe go for a walk in the woods. If I need I good massage, I will go to Health Relax. read more

1. the massage was very good... VERY DEEP... neck (my tight go to spot) was sore for about three days later.... you can take that as a good or not so good thing. 2. I wasn't crazy about the more open concept of the spaces... no doors on 'rooms' - rather a curtain that protects clients from the hallway. Walls don't go to the ceiling which allows everyone to hear all conversations; granted not much talking going on (not sure how good my therapist's English was). All the staff that did try to talk with me were very friendly. Communication is just difficult. 3. Blankets are a concept - it's more of an overgrown towel; overheard (see note above) another client asking for a blanket. They don't exist. 4. There is NO intake form. No chit-chat 'where would you like me to focus', etc. Again... see point #2 above Will I go back? I might... but I doubt it. read more

There were many things I did not like about this experience. I purchased a voucher for a deep tissue massage through Groupon (which was refunded to me immediately once I contacted a rep. at Groupon--yay to Groupon-I will be happy to use Groupon in the future). I did not receive a deep tissue massage. I arrived for my massage a few minutes early and at no point was I given any paperwork to fill out; therefore, they had no idea if I have health issues, nor did they ask at any time if I had any problem areas I wanted worked on. I was lead to a room (which is not a room-it has three walls the outside wall was a wide curtain and there was no ceiling. It was not relaxing at all, as I felt very vulnerable (the curtain didn't really close all the way) and I could hear everything going on in the other rooms. The masseuse left me in the room and walked out without any directions. There was no sheet on the bed....I had to call out to her to ask her what I was to cover myself with. She pointed to a velvet blanket in a basket on the floor. All I could wonder is, who else has used this blanket today? The bed was covered with a very thin gauze type of material. The massage wasn't terrible, but she kept leaving the room to rinse a washcloth to wipe me down after she massaged a part of me. Also, the blanket was too small, she had me uncovered most of the time (including my feet) and the room was too open, so I was freezing. I'm accustomed to them uncovering one part of me at a time and covering me back up before they do another part. It was very uncomfortable to be so exposed the whole time. Finally, she had me turn over on my back and began massaging my feet, the timer went off, she stopped and said, "Ok finished!" and walked out. She never massaged my face, shoulders, arms, or legs. When I walked out there was a Dixie bathroom cup of water on the counter for me. Really? I have never had an experience such as this one and was very disappointed. I will not be returning. read more
