Judy gives a fantastic massage at very reasonable rates! A close friend of mine recommended Judy several months ago and she is fantastic. She doesn't need to be told where to focus she knows. She is also very communicative about pressure until she gets to know you. Serenity, while not upscale/high end, is clean and does not smell, which is what I care about. Additionally, Serenity has private rooms while other similarly priced massage places have curtains/pipe and drape (and frequently an odor.) Really good experience here. It's nothing fancy, but it's neat and clean inside, and an excellent value. We had a 1 hour couples massage, and both ladies did a great job. It's not the most relaxing massage we've ever had, but it was one of the more effective ones. The ladies were very strong and good at working out knots. We left feeling sore in a good way. I'm sure you can ask for lighter pressure if that is your preference. read more

My husband and I recently got a couples massage here. Overall the massage was very good and we felt great afterwards and they did a great deep tissue massage. One complaint is that the two women spoke/whispered and laughed quite frequently though the massage, which made it much less relaxing. The location is not what you'd expect, but the service is excellent. There is a bit of a language barrier with the receptionist, but she and her team was very welcoming. I had bought a Groupon given the ratings for my wife and I, but we were quite surprised given their location. It really looked like a kind of a 'run down' place given the surrounding. We walked with reservations thinking our money is wasted and this might as well be a waste of our time. However, we were very pleasantly surprised with how good the masseuse were. Once they got going it was amazing! They were in tune with how our body was reacting to their massage - they noticed the areas with higher tensions, and focused more on those areas to make it comforting for both of us. They were in no rush and really took the time to make sure we were comfortable and getting the most from this experience. Highly recommend it, and we will certainly be going back! read more

Wow and just wow .. I'm lash tech. As a lash tech you have to bend your neck most of time And it's been a pain for a while. I've been searching for massage shop but they all disappointed me but not here.. They do neck shoulder, back pain relief massage. I went there real cozy and nice. Catchy or cici lol provided services and and found out where my pain was. She didn't asked and tried to release the tens. It was hurt that moment but felt real good. The masseuses are amazing! It was very evident they care about providing their clients a quality, relaxing experience. My wife and I initially came in for a 60 minute couples massage and ended up adding a 30 minute reflexology massage at the end because we weren't ready to leave. The pressure was perfect for me and they know all the right spots to apply more attention and pressure without asking me. Also, masseuses used just the right amount of oil and it was nice that they wiped the oil off with a warm, damp towel afterwards. Most massage spas don't provide that level of service. We will definitely be coming back. The only reason I am providing a 4 star review is because their appointment making process is a little flimsy. I called to make the appointment about 3-4 days prior to the day, and they didn't take down my name or phone number, even though I asked them if they wanted it. They told us to just show up at our appointment time, so I said okay but if this doesn't pan out my wife is going to be angry! What I didn't realize is Serenity Massage used caller ID to grab my cell number and text me the night before to confirm the appointment. Omg Kathy was amazing. She fit me in the schedule immeadiately despite being obviously busy. I got the deep tissue / sports massage. She worked my body with the perfect amount of painful pressure. Every knot in my back was relieved. She finished by rubbing me with hot stones. It was only $80 and worth every second. I suffer from insomnia sometimes and slept like a baby. This is one of the most unprofessional and ruddest message spas that I have been to. I had an expired Groupon that had $55.20 that I can redeem at the spa. I went in for a 90-min message (which on their price sheet - it was suppose to be $110 for 90 minutes). After we were done, Judy, the message therapist told me that it would be $70 surcharge, instead of $54.80 ($110 - $55.2 - remaining value from Groupon that I paid for). I tried to ask to understand the pricing because it didn't make sense, she was really annoyed and told me that she had to charge me more because Groupon has a lot of servicing fee and that if I had gone with them directly, then I wouldn't have to pay so much and made me feel bad that it was my fault for purchasing via Groupon. I thought okay that's fine, I really don't want to argue for this. So before I left, I gave her some tips, she looked through the money, scuffed, and complained how it's not enough for the 90 minutes she spent messaging me. I was completely thrown off by her behavior, not only did she charged me extra for the message, she was extremely rude. While the message is fine, with this type of customer service, I would not be returning back to this spa. read more

I have had the good fortune to have CiCi, one of the owners of Serenity, as my only massage therapist for over a year. I have followed her to different places where she worked before. I suffer from bad arthritis throughout my body. I can't take any really effective medicine. Only CiCi has been able to relieve my symptoms of pain and stiffness. Many times I have not only had relief, but a feeling of well-being from release of endorphins. I have never had that before. CiCi is attentive, caring, and a genuinely sweet person. She makes sure that she does nothing to hurt you. She has great skill and compassion. I have had many massage therapists, both here and overseas. CiCi is the best of the best, and epitomizes the title therapist. If others have disappointed you, or failed to improve your health and well-being, you would be fortunate to have her as your therapist. Be good to yourself and book an appointment with CiCi.
