I trust they won't hurt me - typically go when my back pain is bad. If you go to the wrong person it could aggravate nerve pain more but I've never had that issue here. She is careful to relieve but also changes what she does based on how I feel. Once I went in for a deep tissue, but talking with me about how my body felt she said it could cause more discomfort post massage so she changed it to more of a facia massage. I love that she, my lactation nurse, and ENT specialist sent each other follow-up summary/notes, so I didn't have to repeat or follow up and ask them to forward notes to another physician, etc; this is the first time I've never had to do that! I saw improvement in my baby's latching after seeing her for sure, although she def says it takes a solid 3-4 days before you see the full/best results and like peeling an onion, there may be other problems that were not there before that may need adjustment. I def appreciated that she had a lactation room, so I didn't have to feed my little one in her waiting room or my car before our drive home (super plus). We saw a family with a baby before our appointment and one waiting after our appointment and she is pretty solidly booked often, so I would say you are in good hands!

She didn't explain what products / treatments she was going to perform and it overall was not a relaxing experience. The lady in orange with the black boots I like ended up being the person my wife went with. I thought about a massage myself, but not today. The sounds of the massage clocks keep going off and they are loud. Still, you are shown the time you asked for and your time isn't cheated. The woman known to me as Boots seems to be getting the job done. When it is all said and done, I hope to see a big smile on my wife's face.
