I decided to stop by and Mirian was so kind. She was able to fit me in due to a cancellation and she gave me cups of water to drink while I was waiting so I wouldn't have to go home. She was so caring and the girls that did my ultrasound were very nice. Mirian also helped cancel my appointment for the other location so I didn't have to be on hold forever to speak to someone. Hi, I called the RadNet customer service number earlier at 10:38 AM of 8/21/26 after multiple attempts at trying to click on the "open" time slots and "make an appointment" to then have it go nowhere after selecting the type of appointment service. I called and was able to make an appointment with the scheduling representative. 2:40p the same day with instructions to arrive 20 minutes early to the appointment. We arrived and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, arrived at the check-in window at 2:10pm only to be told by front desk that they're not sure how the representative was able to make the appointment for this location because they only allow walk in and that they're will not be able to honor the appointment. A 3 HOUR WAIT TIME FOR X-RAYS!!!! To top it off, there's only 1 X-RAY ROOM WORKING TODAY!!! GREAT. read more

*Truly deserves NO stars* This place is AWFUL!! I waited in line for 45 minutes and the staff kept telling everyone that the wait was going to be 2-3 hours long. I was going in on my lunch break so I didn't have that time to spare, but what prompted me to just leave and never EVER want to step foot in there was when a staff member scolded a mother with her two children in the lobby in front of everyone. The kids were young and had the wiggles, rightfully so with a wait time of 2+ hours. So they were playing in the foyer outside of the office lobby. This staff member who was wearing all pink scrubs starting telling the women "I already told you when you checked in that every adult is only allowed one child with them so your son can't be here and needs to leave". LIKE WHAT IN THE WORLD?! The women tried to explain that her children couldn't wait somewhere by themselves and the staff member was so cold and lacked so much empathy telling the mom that it is policy that each child needs an adult. The mom ended up leaving saying she'll try to call a friend to watch him. When I called the facility after I felt to inform the manager what was going on I was told one wasn't available and I needed to call when it was less busy. To top it off there was really one one extremely rude staff member checking people in. This facility really needs to do some staff training. Appointment ended up being 70 minutes past his original time. He wanted to walk out but They were ready 10 minutes after we asked. We're so thankful we had a smooth check in process! After reading the reviews and lengthy wait times my husband nearly refused to go. Check in was pleasant and my husband did need to give an ID so he could use the restroom. For people going through enemas, it seems they would have more than one restroom for men and more than one for women. Most people checking in needed to use the restroom and had to wait for the other person to return the key. Getting an appointment with Radnet system was near impossible. We're thankful we had twice called on an insurance advocate! This was the only reason we were allowed to make an appointment. We waited unnecessarily for 2.5 weeks because they wouldn't believe our insurance doesn't require pre authorization. We got a call a few days prior and called an advocate again. I'm hoping we can get results shared with the doc right away. Pleased check in went well we didn't need to have labs I think they might have seen them online. read more

She came back sat down and told me, right to my face, " we don't give out CD's anymore you have to go to our patient portal. She lied because she is either untrained or extremely stupid. My husband needed a pet scan and we were both very nervous. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, particularly the person who checked him in and the one who did the testing. They actually were able to get him tested early and we were out the door 1 hour earlier than expected. The waiting area was in very good order with plenty of seating. RadNet is wildly inefficient.... Came for a MRI appointment (apt at 3:40, got there 3:20) we filled out paperwork and waited. Said they were running over an hour behind. We left and said we'd come back another day. Come back a few days later for our appointment (apt at 8:10, got there at 7:50) and had to sign some more paperwork. Didn't get called back for the MRI until 8:40. Didn't leave the office until 9:40. Spent almost 2 hours there for a 30 min procedure. Be prepared to wait. You will wait here. I don't know what their problem is but it's ridiculous. read more

My husband had an MRI that required 12 hours of fasting, restricted liquids, and an enema--serious preparation. Despite that, his appointment was delayed by over 2 hours with no advance notice or courtesy call. We were also told to redo paperwork that had already been completed online because it was "over 7 days old." This was never communicated ahead of time. To make matters worse, the restroom door locks were malfunctioning. Patients were given keys that did not work, and staff appeared to be fully aware of the issue. I personally observed multiple elderly and disabled patients struggling to access the restrooms and complaining about the same problem. This raises serious concerns about accessibility and basic facility maintenance. What stood out most was the complete lack of apology or acknowledgment of any of these issues. After requiring extensive patient preparation, the least that should be provided is communication, respect, and a functional facility. Very disappointing and poorly managed. read more

This company is one of the worst imaging centers I've ever been to you my I'm 64 years old. My wife is 70+ could hardly walk. We always ask and tell them before we get there that we're gonna need help getting her on a table and every time we show up nothing I have to do it all on my own while some lady stands by the Young gets paid to do nothing but shut the light on and off. You know we have a remote controls that can do that we have things you can clap that can shut the light on and off but no, we pay some lady to stand there probably 50 bucks an hour to turn the light on and off so my insurance goes up way much plus they make you wait long because of some crappy freaking shit about their computer is not working or something like that even though you checked in the night before read more

When I called their appoint line, it took forever to get through their robocall system. Even though it took me over 2 months to schedule a PET Scan, I was overwhelmed at the hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. The front was a very nice guy who was very helpful and patient. The technical women, Paula and Stephanie were so nice and accomidating. They explained what they would do, how it would go, and made sure that I was always comfortable. I told them about a less than stellar visit at the Rancho Cucamonga Radnet of which they didn't have to, but appologized for, but then they always had a smile and offered help for me to get situated and use the bathroom quite frequently with my medical problem read more

These people are inept and a potential risk to your health. I went in for an ultrasound. The first thing that happened was that the lady at the front desk insisted that I owed $120 coinsurance payment. I told her that my insurance covers radiology and that I had never been charged by them or any other office. She flatly said that if I wasn't prepared to pay right then, they would not do my service, so I paid. I later confirmed with my insurance that there should have been no charge and was told that the office just neglected to verify my coverage. When I was in having the procedure, the technician was having issues operating the ultrasound machine. She kept sighing and saying, "I don't get this". She finally went to get another technician who completed the test and spent a lot of the time explaining to the first tech how to conduct the ultrasound. It made me think that they are not using fully trained and qualified staff for these procedures. The result of the test came back with a "critical" notation, which they sent to my former doctor, not my current doctor that ordered the test. Luckily, the Physician's Assistant at the former office called to tell me. Still, I didn't find out about it until after 5 p.m. on a Friday meaning there was no opportunity to resolve the issue until the following Monday. She claimed I had to pay out of pocket and talked to me in a VERY condescending manner when I was questioning the reasoning behind this when I clearly have insurance that covers MRI's. For someone who has a brain aneurysm this is not the best way to start my day prior to getting an MRI and angiogram done. The girl I speak of noticed I was upset and looking at my insurance then turned to her coworker and said "she is not letting this go." I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism from this girl. Usually the other Radnet/breastlink imaging centers I've experienced (Rancho Cucamonga area and Corona area) were NOT great; but this is my first time at the Olivewood branch in Riverside and that team was wonderful. I see that a lot of people had issues with the first floor staff but I went for an ultrasound on the second floor at 4:30pm on a Friday evening and they were great! They were welcoming, friendly and polite. Their customer service was on point. From the reception area, who processed the payment and answered all my questions with a smile, to the ultrasound technician who was thorough and professional and ON-TIME; they didn't rush you or treat you like another number. The 2 teammates I met were very kind and helpful. The office looked and smelled clean. The staff looked presentable and decent. They made this appointment very pleasant! I came in frazzled and anxious but left feeling calm that I had made the right choice. I'm definitely going here for all my imaging/ultrasound/xrays/CT scans/MRI/etc......hopefully they start mammograms services soon too because I don't want to go to other branches anymore. :) read more

Neither spoke english well enough to answer my questions. At the end of both calls that took 30 mins each, I was told that they didn't do this particular test though my physician said he had sent dozens of patients for this test there and even recently. I called my physician office and they made the appointment. I get there and waited 45 mins to find out there was prep for my test that no one informed me about. Great, now I need to reschedule. I was told to wait in the waiting room for someone to call me to reschedule! Really?! I waited about 15 mins and no one had called my name. I went to the receptionist to tell him I needed to reschedule and he told me it would be just a few more mins. I just left. The problem is they are only imaging center in nearly every town in California and you have no choice but to put up with however they want to treat you. Something needs to be done. It was over a month for next available appt. They said about 5 different text message for me to confirm appointment. I confirmed them all. When my appointment finally came, their internet was down. They could not see me or even help with rescheduling the appointment. They had me call a # to reschedule an offered an appointment another month out. This place deserves 100 stars! From the very beginning, every single interaction with the front staff and nurses has been exceptional. Before my mom's appointment, I called to ask a few questions. The person who took my call was EXTREMELY kind, patient, and informative. My mom also received a call from them before her appointment and she said they answered every single question and was so empathetic with her as she expressed her anxiety. On the day of the appointment, we arrived and the building is clean and pristine. We were helped immediately and everything was done as expected. Our favorite and best part of our experience is when we were called back for my mom's test. We were helped by Viola who was so caring and loving towards my mother. She helped calm my mom's nerves and handled everything with extreme care. We then met Stephanie who was amazing beyond words. She explained everything about the test and preparation with detail and sensitivity. She never performed any step of the process without fully explaining what she was going to do. During the test, both Viola and Stephanie, provided my mom with great care ensuring she was comfortable. It is so clear that the patient's comfortability is their top priority. My mom was so relaxed during the test because of how well they cared for her. At the end of the test, my mom kept saying how much they are angels. And they truly are angels! This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They overbook there appointments, just for the money. We had an MRI scheduled, after fasting until midnite, they went over the scheduled appointment time by 1 hour. They also have incomplete results. There are other imaging companies that do a much better job. There was also another patient that we met during our 2 hour stay, that was there when I was and they had been there 2 hours over there appointment time! Don't waste YOUR TIME. This place is walk-in only for X-rays and if you call the information number they tell you they take walk-in until 4 pm . I actually had went to the San Bernardino location this morning to avoid coming here to get there and find out they had a broke x-ray machine. I had no choice but to come here . Today I made it right before the cut off time to be told it was going at least 2 hours wait and believe me it was over pushing 3.. the whole time I was there these so call front desk girl non helpful gave all these elderly ppl or anyone they most horrible excuses. 1. Only one X-ray machine was working 2. They under staffed 3. The second machine needed to be changed will take 3-5 hours 4. They X-ray tech was backed up from this morning smh ( only opened for a 1. 1/2 .. and only eight of us in the waiting room smh 5. You can call us at 1 to see if we reopen 6. You can come back tomorrow at 8am when we open. 7. You can drive a further location like San Bernardino which wasn't doing X-ray at all today Or corona. Front desk staff were nice and efficient. I took my special needs son here as he can't open his hand and needed X-rays. We waited 2 hours, then the techs proceeded to rush us through all the X-rays. My special needs son became extremely agitated and would not even try to open his hand for the X-ray. Kind of bs that we are expected to wait 2 hours plus which is tough even for people who don't have special needs, and they can't take their time to help him once it is his turn. Then as we were walking down the hall to exit, I hear them laughing really loudly at me and my special needs son. Laughing at the disabled, I've never experienced that before. Now my son and I have experienced being laughed at thanks to this place. There are already so many bad reviews. They obviously don't believe they have to care about the patients that come into this facility. It is just so disappointing, not only to deal with "human beings" like this but my son still doesn't have what he needs to see the orthopaedist. So disgusting. read more
