He waited for hours while watching multiple other patients be seen before him, despite arriving on time. When he calmly asked about the delay, the staff responded with rude, dismissive attitudes instead of providing any explanation. What made the situation worse was that they eventually refused to see him at all, accusing him of being "hostile," which was completely untrue. He was simply asking to be seen in a reasonable timeframe like everyone else. It felt like they were looking for an excuse to turn him away rather than provide care. The way he was treated felt unfair and, honestly, discriminatory. No patient should be made to feel disrespected or singled out like that. Healthcare offices should treat all patients with dignity, respect, and fairness. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would not recommend this office.

They have doors locked so you have to hit the buzzer 3/4 feet to the right of this front door. I checked in, l asked anything else l need to do, no, she said, you did it online. I said yes thank you. Then as l'm being called in, lady comes back to window and she said you have to sign this form first, before we do your scan. Its basically is a wavier for them to charge you if insurance is denied... l said why didn't you get a pre approval for this test. We don't do that. How stupid is that. So l'll be charged if they don't code it right etc. She then said you'll be like a self pay and it's like $100.00 you can pay that now if you'd like. I said, can you write that down on this form you're wanting me to sign. NO l can't do that. Well then l can't believe what you're saying then, it says $532.00 on this form your wanting me to sign. Ahhhh I'm pissed at this point, my blood pressure is increasing and now I've got a headache from this BS. Not only is this place unprofessional they left someone's cell # for me to call if l had any questions, on the reminder call left on my cell phone. Gave me a little break and waited until I was comfortable going back in. I had two scans done. One for my back and one for my shoulder. Also, My new doc is challenging his finding and saying they are basically wrong. I wonder if anyone else has had the same thing happen? I'm sure they both know what they are doing. I just think Its wild that my doc don't agree with anything the radiologist found.

I had my provider fax over documents and was assured they would call me back to schedule the appointment but I never got a call back. I tried to call to follow up and they ignored my calls despite leaving multiple messages. I know they screen their calls because when I called from my friend's phone they answered. That was when she told me they don't do ultrasounds at their office. The lack of communication resulted in a delay of scheduling and they have horrible customer service. I just wished they would have told me when I first called they don't do ultrasounds.
