Office is clean and tidy. Hazel makes everything easy and fast to check me in. Some paperwork to complete but self explanatory. Jacob is nice, patience and skillful when it comes to MRI operation. I was cold and he offered blanket to cover me. He also gave me tissues and water or if I need to stretch during different parts of MRI. Overall customer service experience is great. read more

I have gotten two separate MRIs in the past two months. I have gotten my two MRIs at the Riverside location because I'm highly claustrophobic and they have an upright MRI and also a closed MRI where your head sticks out which helps with my claustrophobia. When I went to the first MRI , I was really really nervous because I had had a failed experience with three other MRIs at other locations. The three technicians who assisted me with my MRI at this Riverside location were so kind and sociable and positive and upbeat and supportive and helped me calm down and get through the MRI. They were fantastic. Yesterday I had a second MRI in a different machine with three people to assist me and my experience was the same. The technicians were wonderful. They were super helpful and sweet and just made the experience bearable. Both times, my younger son was with me and he said the same thing that they were very kind and professional. Even though my insurance did not cover these MRIs and I had to pay $500 out-of-pocket I will have every MRI I ever need again at this location. They're worth every penny. I care give my mom and she has to be in the room with me and they are very understanding with that. I tried both a traditional MRI and an open MRI, but I still felt extremely anxious and nauseous. Later, I went to Expert MRI and finally completed the scan successfully with their front open MRI. For people with claustrophobia or a larger body size, it's so much more comfortable--highly recommended. read more

Care was great. Got an MRI done in the Mobile unit in the back. The techs were great. I was just surprised at how dirty the GE MRI equipment is. It had little yellow paper with hand written instruction on it that described how to use it. I was surprised. Also, when you look up at the ceiling, the air vent had sooooo much dust on and around it. It might be time to change the filter and wipe that whole room down. Also, I found it interesting that we couldn't wear any jewelry in the MRI room but the male tech had big loop earrings on. Other than cleanliness, the service was good but if you expect higher reviews, it would be good to invest time in cleaning your place. Thanks for your consideration. read more

Total quacks don't walk away from this joke of an MRI service run away asap! They try to shove you into a so called sit down MRI made for midgets or children under 9 years old. And if you don't want to go in they try to shove you in! All they want is to collect the insurance money and the patient be damned! read more

My appointment for an MRI was made for 3pm. It's 3:30 and I'm sitting here with 3 other people in the waiting room while the receptionist sits around joking with all the other employees. My boyfriend also had a 3:30 pm appointment with them the day before, we drove about 1hr 30 min for them to tell us the machine he needed to use was broken. Terrible communication. Terrible service. If you don't have enough doctors or machines do better at scheduling your patients. You have everyone sitting around for an hour after the SCHEDULED appointment time in a waiting room and we still have to go inside and spend another hour or so getting all these scans done. A waste of time. A waste of a day. Do better at managing time and hire more professional receptionist. I don't wanna hear about what you got from Disney. read more
