Demand that your doctor refer you somewhere else. Problem with this place is they don't treat thier customers like customers...despite billing your insurance thousands of dollars. Your dr refers you here then you're stuck waiting hours for your appointment. They don't give a crap because their mentality is "oh well, they have to use us". No you don't.... Tell your dr you've heard nothing but bad things, and go to the next closest contracted provider. This place is a joke. I come to the Riverside Advanced Imaging (BreastLink) or Corona Comprehensive Imaging Center for my annual mammogram. The whole appointment process is done online and is simple. Once the appointment is made, a confirmation is sent to you. On the day of the appointment, check in with the front desk. They will ask if you want to do the enhanced breast cancer detection (EBCD), which is an optional non-covered service - I always choose this add-on. The imaging technicians are quick and friendly. Be sure to follow the instructions (e.g. no lotions, etc) they provide you before your appointment. I found this location with ease using Google Maps. This building has plenty of parking. The facility is clean and they have a nice little lobby with greenery. Results are ready in a couple days or so. They provide you with a printout with a unique code to view results. Overall, good service and they have the process down to a 'T'. read more

Clean and spacious office; but their technicians need some kind of lesson/guidance on how to deal with patients. Their "bedside" manner is curt and NOT friendly at all. I've been to 3 different RadNet facilities; a RanchoCucamonga, and 2 in Riverside. They are all clean as facilities go, but their customer service is NONEXISTENT. They're always curt and unfriendly. It's like you're just a number to go through. I was very nervous and my anxiety was high for my appt, and I tried to relax by doing small talk: weather, how busy they are, etc.... Just like the other facilities, this radnet employs unhappy, unfriendly staff. All they want is their copay and to add to your screening orders, so they can charge you more. Definitely ZERO client/patience service. :( read more

I have been trying to schedule a CT Scan, for almost 2 months, and still havent been able. I made 2 appointments, at 2 different facilities and they keep cancelling on me. Also every time you have to submit all of the information, and when all of the third degree about me, the insurance, etc...., I am thinking at least Iwill have an appointment. But... she comes back on the phone to tell me that they dont have the authorization! How can it be that I have given the same information and the authorization 4 times, shouldnt these unprofessional people have it in their database? Its going on the 3rd month and I am propably going to be dead before I willbe able to get an appointment! I've been trying to reach someone for months with no success. Every time I call, I'm transferred to a third-party service, then forwarded to another line where no one ever answers. I've left several voicemails and still haven't received a single call back. It's extremely frustrating and comes across as very unprofessional. That said, the wait time during my visit was longer than expected--but what clinic isn't? The staff was kind and respectful, so no complaints there. my frustration and disappointment with the service I received at your facility today. I had a CT appointment scheduled for 3:00 p.m. and was instructed to arrive one hour early for paperwork and to begin drinking contrast fluids in preparation. I followed all instructions and arrived on time, only to be met with disorganization and poor communication. I received the first contrast drink as expected, but the second one was completely forgotten until I had to advocate for myself and ask the staff if I would be seen today. The staff member at the front desk responded in a condescending tone and facial expression, questioning why Am I still waiting for my appointment and why I was still there -- as if I were at fault for their delay. Very rude can you at least have the decency of basic communication informing the patient of the delay? Why does the patient have to come to you to ask poor Customer Service I get if you hit your job but don't take it out on the patients. Only after this interaction did she hand me the second drink and inform me that there would be another 30-minute wait. I finally got seen at 4:26 p.m., nearly an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. The Technologist was professional kind and respectful I understand there was one and she was doing her best to take care of the delay from the morning shift. That's when staff needs to step up their hospitality and inform every patient who checks in that there will be a delay and how long the wait is. The staff needs to show consideration people are taking time off from work to be seen. I heard this one lady complained how she has not been seen and her appointment was at 2 o'clock and how she had to take time off from work and I know she cannot . if you expect patients to come in and on time for their appointment, the least thing you can do is to inform them of the situation Before hand accommodate learned some basic manners and can you please keep your bathrooms clean I understand you have people coming in and out of the bathrooms because of the drinks, but you could at least check to see if the bathrooms are clean. There is urine all over the floor, There were dirty tissue papers all over the floor the paper towels all on the floor. This is unacceptable the doctor is great, but has a poor staff This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable -- especially when dealing with medical care where timeliness, communication, and compassion should be a priority. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so no other patients are made to feel dismissed or neglected in a vulnerable moment. read more

I'd give it 0 start if I could. My mom waited one month for her appointment only to be told that the clinic never sent the order to them. They swore they called and didn't get a response however when I called the clinic myself they answered right away. My moms doctor was more than willing to send over the order but when I asked the front desk for clarification on what kind of order they needed so the doctor can email it to them they said, "it's too late you'll need to reschedule". It's so frustrating that these places think we have all the time in the world. My mom and I both took the day off to make this appointment. Extremely disappointed. Do not come here it's a waste of your time and money. I'm submitting a grievance to the state because I can't even imagine how many other people have encountered these type of issues. This is the worst facility ever! Go somewhere else! It's been 2 weeks since my mammogram and still no results. When you try to call to talk to somebody, you get stuck with someone in another country who can't even help you who tells you that." we have to wait." like they're the ones actually sitting here waiting. She even tried to tell me she was gonna call the facility and she called her own department and was trying to transfer me to someone just like her and had no idea what the heck she was doing. And they tried to tell me five business days like they already told me the day of the mammogram and a week later. I held for over an hour to get nowhere. The radiologist who performed my MRI was the worst. He didn't tell me his name. He was argumentative, condescending, and unskilled at locating veins. I traditionally go elsewhere for my imaging needs; my doctor suggested this place and now I'm questioning my doctor's judgement. Not only was just about everyone in the waiting room upset because they were waiting far to long (as well as myself) but the staff didn't care at all. It seemed as if they thought if they had to be there oh well about your time. I had a 5:15 pm appointment (as I was informed anyway) arrived at 5:05pm and checke in. About 30 min of waiting, some other guy got all mad and was yelling at the staff for not doing what they were supposed to be doing I guess. At 5:45pm I inquired as to when my appointment was, as I had been there for almost 45 min. She (the front receptionist) told me they were backed up over 1 hour, and would I like to reschedule. I told her that this appointment was a rescheduled appointment already. The receptionist looke ar me, rolled her eyes, and said well sir, what do you want. I advised her I have a 6:30 appointment and would I be seen before 6? She said she couldn't tell. As I sit here and write this, its now 6:20pm and no signs of being seen anytime soon. Also missed my 6:30pm appointment. So, if you dont have anything better to do than sit in a waiting room, Radnet is your place. They are rude, and overbook for the money. They dont care that you sit for hours waiting. And if you say something, the patient is the person out of control. They dont care about you or your time. And wow, couldnt get names correctly. Calling people back and then taking back to the waiting room, because they cant even read the names correctly. Michael and Greg arent hard names. But they cant get them right. I will definitely be letting my dr know that if there are alternatives, take them. This place should be shut down. I'd give negative stars if I could. read more

Just wanted say that this image center has an employee who gave hard to patients, I called to get an answer to a question she had no knowledge of and of anything She had asked me my name and my birthday and the doctor I've answered all her questions. She said thank you for calling blah blah blah. You don't have all the information I asked call when you do have it I say, what question did I miss or what do you need? She's like we cannot give that information for a security reason if I given her my name my birthday and the doctor what else she's asking, and then she asked what's the first name of My Doctor I said I don't know the first name of my doctor. It's a doctor mango and she's like oh you don't have the right information. Call back when you have the right information Doctors back in the days used to be so easy to talk to now everything is so difficult they give patient the runaround because of this one person who gets paid underpaid and and give patient hard time. I do not recommend this Riverside advance imaging center to anyone because we as a patient, we want to get answer right away and get help as much as they can because we are already in pain of whatever we dealing with and then on top of that they giving us the runaround and if you ever call for some other reason to the advance imaging center in Riverside if and when you speak to a assistant HONEY. S hang up, cause she's the person that I've spoken to and has no knowledge. She's the worst person to talk to on the phone. Arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment as instructed, 50 minutes pass with no interaction. I returned to check in counter only to be informed that only 1 of my 3 ordered scans were approved. RadNet possessed the physicia's orders 10 days in advance of my appointment, failing to inform me or physician of issues. Needless to say, no scans were completed, I cancelled and have requested another non RadNet facility be utilized. read more

I was sent here because they do open MRIs. Pros: 1. the technician was very professional, calming and friendly. My MRI went perfectly and I had little to no discomfort even though I had a cumulative time of over an hour due to having to get an MRI of my orbits and head with and without contrast. 2. The waiting room was well-air conditioned and comfortable. 3. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: 1. The office staff were talking and laughing loudly about how they're regularly late to work in earshot of patients in the waiting room. I don't think that's appropriate or professional. 2. My appointment was at 8:40am and I wasn't seen until almost 9:30 due to delays. read more

I'm a Kaiser patient that was referred here because of my claustrophobia and my need for an open MRI. Like another reviewer, I was hesitant about going because of all the negative reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my visit. I arrived thirty minutes prior to my check-in time just in case I had to do any extra paperwork. Luckily there was only one form for me to sign. I waited less than five minutes before the tech called me back. The attached picture is from the internet and is an example of what the open MRI looks like. They raise the bed to slide you in. It's large, wide, and open at the end so that your face is out and you can see around you. I only needed the MRI for my hand but my whole body had to go under the center part of the machine, the part that's close to your face and causes the claustrophobia. But I was pushed far enough so my head was out at the other end. This helped me so much. I was still nervous when I got in and having my head partially out, I was able to relax, see around me, breathe, close my eyes and relax. This is what I will need any time I have to do an MRI. The techs were super nice and patient, explained things every step of the way. The time they estimated I'd be in the machine was helpful and accurate. Fifteen minutes, then only four to five minutes more after having the contrast injected. I was so pleased that I could do this. And the folks at the front desk were nice too. Hope this helps anyone who is claustrophobic or gets anxiety in closed spaces. An open MRI is the way to go! read more

I don't know how the MRI will turn out...guess that depends on whether I wriggled when they told me HOLD STILL. But the facility here is very nice. Good lighting, clean floors, and very friendly staff, and efficient insurance engagement. Service was fast, I was fully informed of the process (which consists mainly of HOLD STILL), and I didn't need to wait long. The hospital gown was the only thing I would complain about; not flattering. I am lucky not to take these modern medical miracles for granted. read more

I am a fan of this center. The staff are very professional, courteous and efficient. From front desk staff to radiology technicians. And the bathroom was so clean. Last night, I had a CT exam with contrast. There was a delay, So I was there later than expected, but the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The lobby is so comfortable that the wait went by quickly. The radiology technician was very clear with her instructions and the images were excellent and uploaded to the patient portal right away. .I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. read more

I scheduled a month prior to my appointment with these people to make sure my referral and insurance authorization from my surgeon in Colorado would be ready in time. I checked with my surgeon who told me they sent everything needed to the clinic 34 days prior to my appointment, then a week prior this clinic texts to say they need my paperwork. I gave them a call to confirm what was missing and they told me to ignore the text message they had everything needed to complete my CT scan. I arrived today 20 minutes prior to my appointment in case there was a mix up because I have little faith in insurance companies and what do you know the front desk staff claims to have nothing for my appointment. They said I should have received a text asking for it and when I told them about my phone call with their front desk confirming my insurance forms and order from the doctor were in my chart they simply said, "we don't know who said that but its wrong." I was also told there are no later appointments this month and I should "reschedule with my surgeon to correct the issue first. My surgeon is in Vail Colorado, I already have a plane ticket and travel booked and have waited six months for this appointment. I can't afford to cancel those plans because these twats don't know how to do their job. This place is a joke, go elsewhere. read more

I went in for an MRI the lady that assisted me kept me informed while I was under the machine. I was freaking out but she made me feel safe instead of afraid. TOTALLY INEPT. I have been rescheduled three times because RadNet can not get my paperwork sorted out even though I have provided all the approvals and pleaded my case online. I have been told via Radnet's response on Yelp to reach out to their manager for assistance, but when I ask to speak with a manager or escalate my call, the scheduling department cannot do so. I want to confirm they have completed their paperwork to avoid being another fiasco and wasting my time. The right-hand does not know what the left hand is doing. That is just unacceptable when you know you have cancer and are waiting to see if it has spread. We won't go back to that location. RadNet service as a company has been terrible with each experience, but together has been RadNet Riverside is the worst. The Staff are not very considerate of canceling appointments on the date of scheduled (happened twice after waiting over a month for the apor.), not to mention the wait time. The front desk staff act like it's no big deal that elderly patients are having to wait over 30 minutes past scheduled appointments even with being asked to arrive 1-hour early. There's no consideration that some drive an hour to get to the specialty advanced imaging to receive this type of unprofessional behavior. Bad experience. Scheduling the appt was easy, 10:30a on a Saturday. The day of - google directions say the office is closed, tried calling to confirm and no answer. Called scheduling dept on our way there, they confirmed office should be open suite 110. When I arrive they tell me I'm at the wrong suite, no big deal. When we find ste 100, the receptionist lets us know that the ultrasound tech, Gen, is refusing to see us because we are 3 min past the 15 min grace period. I asked to speak to Tech to see if she can make exception to see me since I thought my appt was 10:30 and I was early, she came out but only to argue and stand her ground. She didn't let me speak, immediately abrasive. No empathy just repeated the policy is 15 min and we were 3 min past that. She dug her heels in the ground and did not care to listen. Honestly if I could give no stars I would. I had an appointment for my anatomy pregnancy scan. I was told that my fiancé couldn't be in the room, which was a shock to me because I asked when I made the appointment I was told I was allowed one person. Not only was the tech rude and kept making smirking faces during the whole ultrasound, she left me bruised. When I say bruises I mean on my stomach from her pressing so hard and moving the wand up and down. Not really nice to do on a pregnant woman. I've never felt so uncomfortable. read more

I will definitely never schedule a night appointment ever. Especially at this location. I had an 8:30pm appointment. I get there at 8:20pm. I gave the young lady my name, told her my appointment time and then sat down. It's busy so I expect a bit of a wait. By now it's 9:20pm and I'm starting to lose my patience. There was a man who had an 8:55pm appointment and called before me. I noticed this and went back to the front desk to see what was going on. I asked the same young lady what was my place in line. She said "o you're next" and called me a different name. I said no my name is etc etc. The look on her face said it all. She asked me my name again and asked what I was there for. I was beyond annoyed but I kept my cool. She clearly never checked me in. I heard her ask her coworker to print out my paperwork. I wait for 10 more minutes and then they finally called me. The only saving grace here was the X-ray tech Jason. He was so sweet and polite and he was very efficient. I finished the x-ray and left. My car was one of two cars left.
