I checked and arrived on time; another customer came after me with her appointment 30 minutes after mine. I waited one hour to even be seen and the appointment that was scheduled after mine was admitted and checked in before I was. I don't understand what type of process they run at this location but it is not effective. Being a healthcare professional and understanding my patient rights and responsibilities, this location has poor customer service. The receptionist is very rude and dismissive more especially to people of color. I would highly recommend this location complete evaluation as of their staff and the type of treatment customers are receiving to still be employed.

I hate to give poor reviews, but I feel I have to with my experience yesterday. I injured my foot…read moreand the swelling had gotten so severe I was at a 10 on the pain scale. I went in on crutches because I couldn't bear any weight. In fact, it even hurt to use the crutches because every time the foot moved the pain would shoot up my leg and with my foot dangling, it was moving and painful and swelling worse. The front desk didn't care to help at all. She was cordial, but not helpful. Watched me suffer trying to get from point A to point B. (A wheelchair would've been extremely helpful!) Anyway after 30 minutes I got put in a room to wait another 45 minutes to see the PA or doctor, not sure which title she had, she was nice but in hindsight she absolutely dropped the ball. She sent me for x-ray which took another 30 minutes or so then I sat and waited. The whole time, my swelling was intensely painful! I'm not a doctor and had no idea that the swelling alone was causing the intense pain. Just keeping my foot dangling and no compression and no ice was not a very smart situation bc it was intensifying the compression on nerves and my foot had turned purple with no movement in the toes. The PA and nurse didn't seem to care as I waited for an hour for the x ray to be read. I was shut in a room this entire time with no communication as to what was taking so long. And sitting in a chair in extreme pain with no way to elevate or ice my foot. I finally got up to leave so I could just get home and get some ibuprofen for relief when they gave me the report on the way out the door. No apology no instructions no help whatsoever! I truly felt like I was not cared for at all here. I will never go back even though it is right by my house! I will make the drive to Integris urgent care 15 minutes away where they actually treat you like you are cared for and actually communicate and help you. Come to find out, leaving my foot dangling like I had for so long could've been bad due to the severe swelling and compression on the nerves. Luckily I got home and iced it and elevated and put a wrap on it to alleviate the swelling, but they should've been the ones to tell me that, and make sure I knew to do that to prevent nerve damage! Anyway, just a heads up... they weren't busy when I got there, but picked up a little after I entered the room and were definitely not staffed for the mediocre traffic that came through. As I stated before, I hate to post bad reviews, but the way I was treated definitely warrants one and I think others should be aware.

I paid my co-pay at the time of the visit, yet received a bill in the mail showing no payment. I visited the the receptionist, and was turned away because they don't handled the billing.

He doesn't get home until 7:00pm and most urgent cares close at 8:00pm. So we immediately went to the nearest one, which was this location, and arrived roughly at 7:10pm. I then asked if they were still open, and she goes to say "well yeah, until 7:30, have we seen you before?" I then brought up once again if we need to go somewhere else we would. She then goes "well it's just like, I have an hour drive home" as if that is supposed to be my problem? When speaking to the secretary she stated that a bill had been sent each month for the past 6 months and I had been contacted by phone as well. It's hard to believe that 6 or 7 bills were lost in the mail when they had the correct address on file and that my voicemail never captured any messages from them. If honesty in billing is important to you then take your business elsewhere.

Office for scheduling are inpatient and rude , they hung up on me several times, another scheduler got a loud tone in voice and was super rude to me , the doctor wasn't bad . But, he did decide to tell scheduler supervisor to drop me . So, now all my medications that neede dPA on them including insulin I haven't had for 2 weeks . Is now not getting PAs and I'm having to look for a new doctor so I can get my medications . He also wrote scripts for name brand and the insurance doesn't cover it . Also, insurance says they do not see a PA sent it's been over a month since mid December .
