He introduced himself and apologized immediately for the wait which was nice. He was super friendly, also went over my paperwork and confirmed my responses. He completed the consultation, was very thorough and honest. This review is based upon the customer service and the office since I have not secured any services from them. Again staff was very nice and polite. The office was bright and clean. Parking is street parking and unfortunately I drove so I was worried based upon the prior reviews that I read that I would be have to wait a ridiculous amount of time before being seen. I made my appointment first thing in the morning to help bypass this issue. This could possibly be why everything went smoothly for me.
