I took advantage of their very generous first-timer discount. As for the procedure itself, in general, if you are prone to anxiety or antsiness like I am, this might be a difficult process for you. Especially if this is your first time at the hands of untrained technicians. Envious will put those first time jitters to rest. I was serviced by Jasmin who was very sweet and courteous. The office itself is immaculate and classy, what one might expect of a professional high-end salon. I loved my results and it helps if you arrive knowing your expectations. A lift is not the same as a lash set. Were my results pretty and to my specifications? Yes. Was the process easy and painless? Yes. Jasmine was attentive throughout the process and let me know what she was doing. She helped me relax. All in all, the procedure was much faster than I expected. I could just lie back on the comfortable, softly-lit sofa and listen to the music. I left happy. I would definitely book a lash set with them in the future. My only criticism might be aftercare. Lashes and lash lifts for the uninitiated are costly and you want to ensure you are treating your lashes right so as not to dampen your results. If they had little pamphlets or cards to take home about lash care, it would be nice? But that is information anyone can look up online.

On the second day, I noticed some swelling on my left eyelid and reached out to her. Upon sending her pictures of my eyes, she claimed the swelling to be caused by a hanging eyelash she glued extremely close to my eyeball. She told me to come in the following day to remove the lash and the swelling should go down, which I told her I was completely okay with. When I woke up on the third day, my entire eyelid was swollen. I reached out to Samantha and told her I just needed to remove the entire set at this point because my eye was really not doing okay. She proceeded by sending me numerous messages at a time pleading to let me remove the lash and the swelling would go down, rather than removing the entire set. She even went as far as reaching out to manager (who referred her to me) to call me in order to try and change my mind. Once I arrived at the suite later that day to get the set removed, Samantha insisted on removing the lash, which wasn't the specific lash she pointed out at all. Samantha had glued lashes to my actual eyelid, resulting in everything being clumped together. She made me sit there while I continuously told her to just remove the entire thing, squirming in pain, as she ripped off the lashes that were clumped together on my eyelid. The entire time this was going on she referred to me reaching out about my swollen eyelid as complaining, and she kept expressing her concern about me ruining the integrity of her business and her reputation. Once she finally got the lashes off, she asked if my eye felt well enough to keep the set on, to which I replied that I still wanted her to take them off. The removal process was extremely painful and once I had them off and looked at my eye it was twice as big. At this point, the right eye had swelling on the lash line as well, along with the feeling of little particles on the inside of my eyes. Once I left, I went to the emergency room, where I was told I had an infection and they had to flush my eyes with iv bags (hooked up by contact lenses), and stain my eyes in order to assess that no damage had been done to my cornea. 4 hours later I was on my way to pick up my antibiotics. I went through a period of time where I had eyelash extensions on for 6 months. In those 6 months I did not experience any irritation or inflammation at all. Once Samantha reached out and I told her I was in the emergency room and that I had an infection, she proceeded to tell me, "maybe eyelash extensions aren't for you then love." I will never in my life go back to Samantha for any type of services, and I hope this review saves anyone from going through what I went through.

I got here for my appointment and there was a client spazzing out because they hated their final lash results. They are selling groupons for mink lashes and when you get there they force the clusters on you. I asked the owner to not use the clusters on me because I paid for a mink lash Groupon not for clusters. She agreed to use the individual Minks on me. SHE DID NOT. I got up from the table with clusters on and at that point there was nothing I can do but leave. I asked for the manager to do my lashes because she wanted a trainee to do my lashes. I say she was a trainee because she couldn't even figure out how to do a client's wax before attempting to service me. She got another girl to do them and sis glued my eyes closed. I AM NEVER RETURNING. This place is garbage. Worse than garbage. The pictures on the website MUST be of another salon cuz there's 3 regular beauty chairs and treatment rooms in the back that are NOTHING like the website. It cleaned my entire face, it feels soft, smooth and refreshing. She walks you through the process & the wax does not hurt at all. The person who took care of me know what she is doing and her customer service is a plus! I will be coming back :)
