The best Medical Doctor ever!! He actually has high integrity, walks the talk, which I find extremely rare on the Medical Profession. I am a Business Coach and Coach, Consult, Advise and Lecture around the world for already 26 years so I have seen plenty of doctors all over the globe. The easiest, friendliest, & informative medical staff in downtown Boca! I literally walked in asked if they did IV's, they explained the procedure & costs. I was in & out maybe 30 minutes. Much need vitamins after having the flu. I highly recommend them. Will be using them for other medical needs in the future. read more

Our family feels blessed to have Dr. Stephen Silver as our family doctor. It's rare to find a doctor that wants to find the root cause of any underlying health issues. That's what Dr Silver does-- instead of putting a bandaid over the concern. Dr Silver is a compassionate, caring, knowledgeable doctor that gives his patients the utmost care. Great visit today. The facility is spotless. The staff was awesome. i was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I really appreciated being able to choose to also have a bag of IV steroids which one cannot get at a regular walk-in clinic. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Silver has been my doctor for some years now helping me treat my thyroid problems, and long with many other things. although he doesn't talk my insurance anymore, i still pay full price for his visits since I've tried other places and they don't serve me the same way. The staff is also so nice and friendly! I'm so happy I have doctors that are there for me night and day. I also go to dr. Silver for Botox. I am only in my twenties but silver is so great at it that you wouldn't even notice! This office is so good at every medical attention needed, from nutrition to IVs to medical seeking attention. Sometimes you can't worry about the price and just focus on the care you're getting. read more

I am new to the area and previously was with my family doctor for the past 15 years. After 2 other doctor visits too other "recommend" physicians in the area. I found Doctor Stephan Silver. I went first to him for Botox at his " Beauty Smart" office in Delray. Not knowing he was a family doctor. He spotted me in the waiting room and even though he was fully booked with clients. He noticed I was knew and came over to introduce himself. Sitting in the waiting room and hearing all his clients discuss their stories, I knew he was going to be exactly what I was looking for. I recently had blood work done and found out I could have a hypothyroid. During my first visit I brought this up and he looked me over and asked all kinds of questions and booked me for a appointment for his Boca clinic on the spot. He made sure all test worked with my insurance and sat down and discussed WHY he was doing the test and the outcomes. All of his staff are friendly and I couldn't be more pleased. I will recommend him to everyone if you like a in depth doctor who explains and serenely seems like he cares about what goes into your body and to help your health get to 100% on all levels. read more

Finding a progressive doctor who believes more in preventive care than reactionary care (but who is there for you, day or night, when a reaction is required), who is at the cutting edge in new trends and emerging research in the medical field, who has the most caring team I have ever experienced in a doctor's office, who is no BS on telling you exactly what you need to do, then Dr. Silver is your guy. He has a strong personality and may not be for everyone but he is for me. Re: insurance, as with any practitioner, it is important to know upfront what they take, and what tests are being given to you for which you need to pay out of pocket. My experience with Dr. Silver is what he told me when I signed up is exactly what has transpired, and I have not experienced any surprises to date regarding this matter. read more

It's not easy to find a doctor with a great support staff who is there when you really need them. Health Smart was a welcome find after a couple of disappointing experiences with other doctors. They take the time to really understand your present health and to chart a course for better health. Support staff like Christine, Blanca and Cheryl are always friendly and helpful. Stay away from here! They lied about taking my insurance after being overly kind and sweet then charged me $300! The doc barely did an exam, misdiagnosed me, then prescribed me meds that made me sicker. They also threatened to call the police if I did not pay. Wish I saw the other poor review of them before going. Total fraud. read more

Dr. Silver, Emily, and the entire team at Healthsmart are truly exceptional. If I could, I would give them a perfect rating of 10 stars. For years, I had been struggling with thyroid issues, experiencing symptoms such as brain fog, fatigue, and migraines. Despite taking a high dose of Synthroid, I believed that this was simply how my life was going to be. However, after relocating to Boca in October, I decided to visit Dr. Silver, and it turned out to be a life-changing decision. Dr. Silver and his team conducted a thorough bloodwork panel, carefully reviewed the results, and identified the root cause of my problems. It was discovered that my brain was no longer producing TCH due to the effects of Synthroid, and my T-3 levels needed adjustment. Additionally, my testosterone levels were alarmingly low, which was causing an imbalance in my hormones. Thanks to Dr. Silver and Emily's expertise, they were able to prescribe the correct thyroid medication compound for me and introduce a low dose of testosterone cream. The impact was remarkable! The brain fog, migraines, and sluggishness that had plagued me for so long vanished. I just had an appointment with Dr Silver and Blanca yesterday for some beauty work (Botox) and Body Contouring and I am very amazed with my results. I can not say how excited I am to go back to my next appointment. Blanca was so friendly she listened when I ranted about not being happy with my eye bags and disrespectful belly fat lol. She took great care of me and even provided me with a certificate for a free facial on my next visit. Dr Silver was able to proportion my face the way I wanted. I love Dr. Silver and his staff. I have been a patient for 6 years and they have ALWAYS helped me out... Ive walked in with tears, pain, or just for vitamins and they always treat me with care and compassion. Dr. Silver has sat an explained things to me and thats why I would never leave. Christina, Blanca and Sheryl are EXCELLENT. They care about the little things and always take care of any requests immediately. It really upsets me to hear bitter reviews because they are truly an outstanding staff. I love the concierge style because I dont have to wait MONTHS for an appointment, most of the time I walk in and have to wait (at most) 10 minutes. Today I saw the doctors for covid. courteous pleasant and very knowledgeable. calmed my fears and gave me monoclonal antibodies treatment, antibiotics and vitamin boost. Took extensive blood work. I will return as a new patient for general care and wellness. Great experience. Robert read more

I'm honestly not sure if this guy has any real training?? I had a terrible experience, thats all I'm saying. Over charged and under delivered, I had to wait for an hour in the waiting room, then he rushed with my Botox and drooped my eye. Not happy read more
