Writing this review as someone who has never had a facial/massage before, so today was my first time! I did extensive research online and settled on Spavia as the place I wanted to have my first experience and I'm really glad I did. Based on the reviews, I chose Luciana and everyone is absolutely right. She is wonderful! She talked me through everything she would do, gently suggested items she thought would help me on my skincare journey but was never pushy at any point, I felt so comfortable throughout the whole session. First, the ladies at the front desk were super welcoming and gave me an iPad to sign in on, that asks a few questions about your skin background, etc. They also ask you what kind of scents you want, what kind of music you want to listen to, and what you want the pressure of your massage to be. The atmosphere was calming, ambient and clean. They give you lockers for your items, a nice fluffy robe and slippers to change into, and free amenities while you wait, like tea, water, weighted neck pillows, etc. While The Retreat room was super nice and relaxing, I didn't have to wait long at all. Luciana came in very quickly afterward, and explained everything to me. We went to a room, where you lay on a table with a little heated blanket and a foam roller for under your knees to support your lower back while you lay. The experience was heavenly. Luciana was gentle with my skin, the massage was so nice. I almost fell asleep on the table! After everything was over, I got changed and headed back to the counter to pay for my experience, Luciana had set out some skincare products that she felt would suit me based on our time together, but again, there's absolutely no pressure to buy them. She didn't stand there and wait for me to make any selections. She simply placed them on a table and walked away. I ended up purchasing one of the two items, a gel cleanser. Whenever purchasing a skincare item you also get to choose a free little gift that they offer which was super nice! As far as what I got, I got the acne purifying facial which comes with a face, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage and lasts about 60 minutes in total! And it was only $139. For that experience I almost felt like I was stealing! With the skincare product I bought (without the tip) the total came to around $180 (but its a LOT of product). If you want to tip in cash, which I did, they give you a nice little envelope to place it in, with a 'to' and 'from' section to fill out. I've already scheduled my next appt and told friends and family about this place. Can't wait to come back! read more

I will never give my business to a service provider, let alone a "spa", who operates their customer service strictly with AI. Never recieved a confirmation for my appointment, only "error" codes online. When I called, they give 2 options to either book through a link they supposedly send to your phone or to speak to someone which is also through text, but actually just a terrible AI bot. I never got through to anyone, but was charged for the service i never knew was booked. Sorry but for a service like this, a human interacting with customers is worth the investment. I've been gifted memberships to this spa a few times since living in Boca and every experience has been great. From my maternity massages, to the luxurious facials, it's a nice place to escape for "me time". The facility itself is clean and tranquil, and the staff is pleasant and very accommodating. It's thanks to one of my facials done by Colleen that she turned me onto the Image skincare line. While I use a prescription strength retinol, the Image skincare line is fabulous. I've received compliments on my skin and really do love their products. If you're looking for a place to unwind and nourish yourself inside and out, definitely visit this spa. read more

The quality of the staff is absolutely amazing. The estheticians and masseuses are incredible. I have been a member for 3 yrs and eagerly made the drive from Fort Lauderdale monthly. Unfortunately in the past few months it has been very difficult to book an appointment on weekends so you will benefit from the membership most if you have some availability during the work week and are able to schedule several weeks in advance. I will miss the wonderful treatments and incredibly relaxing atmosphere they create from the front desk to the massage table. read more

There is a waiting area with warm neck wraps, nice ambiemt lighting, and teas. My massage therapist today was Monique. She hasagic hands and knows to use just the right amount of pressure to work out the knots but not too deep. They typically take your que om whether to talk or let you relax. I love the oils they usr and really enjoy the variety of scents they offer. My daughter had a facial with Elissa and was in heaven. She was gentle and very knowledgeable. My daughter said it was the best facial she ever had. We love the products they carry amd have tried several of their lines. I highly reccomend Spavia for a relaxing spa experience. I bought a Groupon for a 50 minute facial and what an incredible experience. As soon as I entered Spavia, the staff were very warm and friendly. After you change into your robe/sandals they have a relaxation room where you can sit and read books on gratitude and have magazines before your esthetician gets you. I wish they had more of a variety of things to read in this room but I wasn't there very long so that wasn't too much of a negative. The facial itself was phenomenal. I had the deep facial cleanse. I'm not exactly sure what products were used (although they were explained prior to the facial starting) but after I have never felt my face so clean and bright. I went in for my third visit today and I am just in love with this place! There was a slight issue with my massage but the customer service was above and beyond in making things right which I really appreciate it. I've now had the salt stone massage, sports massage, and soothing recovery facial. All services have been great. The facial was my first one and Colleen did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. I appreciate that they always give me a locker with the plus size robe, it's very awkward being at a spa and having to ask for a bigger robe so I appreciate that they don't even say anything and just give me what will fit. Whatever body type you have I believe you will feel welcome at this spa. Today was my third visit and a few employees greeted me by name, I was surprised they remembered me and that is another sign of their great service. My review is way overdue. I first came here because of the five star reviews. I had previously been going to another massage business who had the monthly memberships. The difference is massive between the 2- Spavia gives you a warm welcome, a plush robe, slippers, private women's changing area, locker, ability to relax in their lounges before and after your service (to sip some nice tea, fresh lemon water or enjoy a warmed neck pillow to further enhance your experience). It is also very clean. It's obvious they take their customer's satisfaction and loyalty very seriously. Over the years here I've consistently had a very good experience; most are excellent, and some to the level of a pricey resort spa. My favorite massage type is the 80 min hot stone. All of the techs ask every visit if there's a specific part that you want them to focus on or anything bothering you. The facials are relaxing & pampering while delivering results. Today I had the summer citrus squeeze facial which was perfect for the time of year. Manager Rakhee is so friendly, personable and engaging. You can tell that she absolutely loves what she does. I would say the same for the staff there as well. Emily is the BEST. I came to Spavia because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint at all. You arrive into a smaller space and get to smell the lotions before picking your scent. You're then transported behind a door to a HUGE space with massage rooms and a women's and men's retreat area. The areas have fresh hot pillows for your neck along with tea, water and mimosas if you'd like. You're given a locker with your own personal code and the FLUFFIEST most luxurious robe ever. After the most incredible massage , perfect pressure and got out all the knots in my neck, you are escorted back to the women's retreat with mint tea and peppermint chocolate patties. The shower is a whole nother level. It's a stone floor shower with the best scented Spavia experience. What an incredible experience. They have a membership for a monthly price as well. I had initially found it through groupon (ended up purchasing the Pure Radiance Lift Facial for a future appt - review to come!), but separately booked a 60min premier deep tissue massage as did my grandma who I went with. Ricky welcomed us so happily & kindly as soon as we walked in. I loved the seating area prior to my massage - I had changed into the provided robe & sandals & grabbed a warm neck wrap while waiting. I was right away relaxed & felt like I was in a luxury spa. My masseuse Laurel was amazing! The pressure was perfect & she would check in to make sure that it was - she knew all the areas that needed attention & I felt great afterwards. Today was my first massage since COVID showed up and I was extremely nervous. Luckily for me I chose Spavia. From the moment I walked in I felt completely comfortable. Everything that I was going to touch was wiped first including the tablet before I filled out my COVID questionnaire and my credit card when I was paying. Everything was thought of including the delightful robe, the heated tables, and the choice of sound/scent/level of conversation. Saul... what can I say about Saul?? I had a sports massage with the CBD lotion addition. I already can't wait to have another massage! He worked on all of my problem areas. He was gentle when needed, and firm when needed. And every wonderful thing she told me was not only true, but didn't fully prepare me for the incredible experience. I went to Spavia not feeling well from the booster. From the moment I walked in - it was very serene and clean. I had to fill out some papers and then they took me to the back where it there was a beautiful plush robe, chocolate, tea and a private locker. I was picked up by Emily - my massage therapist. I had a second massage with Ally today, and it was even better than the first one about a month ago. Because I have neuropathy in my feet and legs, and lymphedema in my left arm, I can't have a full body massage. I had a chair massage of only my feet, neck, shoulders, and back, and it was heavenly!
