My second attempt the next day only took 45 mins for them to tell me my insurance does not cover that medicine. I found that a bit odd since I don't have insurance. My third attempt was much faster, see I found myself in the ER with stroke like symptoms and they gave me my blood pressure medication within minutes of arriving at the hospital. Needless to say I am no longer a CVS customer. Thanks Belleville CVS, I no longer have use of the right side of my body.

With all the pharmacy competition they have just up the road with at least four, major pharmacy chains, we prefer to support our local store and our local economy. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have just enough grocery items I can usually pick up something I need. The pharmacy staff has always been great. They seem to have a lot of turnover with the other staff, but most have done a good job. I appreciate that they seem to hire hometown folks, especially students and Mom's. :-) I've been very happy to support Andrews all these years and hope to do so for many more!

This store seems to cater towards Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese tastes. Whereas, the other Meijer stores north of Belleville, tend to include more Japanese and Korean food items. The meat and seafood sections are well loaded and stocked with a wide variety of items. I was able to pick up some salmon for tonight's dinner at a reasonable price. That being said, I plan to buy some chicken breast, legs and wings the next time I shop here as they have an amazing selection of poultry. You don't have people on the floor working in each department or working at a desk that fields phone call inquiries????? So I called the "STORE OPERATOR" option. You would think that out of ALL of the departments, there would be people staffed in the main management office to answer phone calls! It rings and rings and rings and rings until the automated voice says,...."sorry, we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes, and no one can take your call at this time."" I have called this store on 4 or 5 separate days of the week, mornings and afternoons. And EVERY TIME I CALL you DON'T HAVE ENOUGH STAFF IN THE OFFICE TO ANSWER THE GD PHONE CALL????? You're getting "unusually high call volumes" EVERY DAY AT ALL HOURS??
