Since I do not have transportation and I take an extremely large amount of medications, Healthsmart delivery service is a godsend. The staff are pleasant and easy to communication with. My only concern is that this pharmacy tends to refill medications without contacting me beforehand. More than a few times, I have had reason not to have certain medications refilled. I would save money (mine or my insurers) if I could stop the refill of medications I do not need. Bravo Healthsmart

My second attempt the next day only took 45 mins for them to tell me my insurance does not cover that medicine. I found that a bit odd since I don't have insurance. My third attempt was much faster, see I found myself in the ER with stroke like symptoms and they gave me my blood pressure medication within minutes of arriving at the hospital. Needless to say I am no longer a CVS customer. Thanks Belleville CVS, I no longer have use of the right side of my body.

I was shopping with someone else and they decided to call the operator, over 3 minutes later it was still ringing, then about half a minute later they just hung right up. The person I was shopping with decided to go to a worker and ask for them to open the stalls, and they said they would get someone,,,8 minutes later still NO ONE. After about an hour we went back and they were FINALLY open. The 2 stars were ONLY for the nice outfits. Safe to say I am VERY disappointed.

You don't have people on the floor working in each department or working at a desk that fields phone call inquiries????? So I called the "STORE OPERATOR" option. It rings and rings and rings and rings until the automated voice says,...."sorry, we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes, and no one can take your call at this time."" I have called this store on 4 or 5 separate days of the week, mornings and afternoons. And EVERY TIME I CALL you DON'T HAVE ENOUGH STAFF IN THE OFFICE TO ANSWER THE GD PHONE CALL????? You're getting "unusually high call volumes" EVERY DAY AT ALL HOURS?? If you're looking for a prescription that is rare, or takes other pharmacies days to fill, contact Nash and chances are you will have it a few hours. The service they provide is second to none. However, the only thing Arbor Lakes Pharmacy doesn't provide are compounding services. They are a retail only type of pharmacy.

Then they were struggling to find the medication. My doctor sent in a 3 months script for refills to avoid this happening. They received my script 2 weeks ago and knew it was due to be filled yesterday. They are out of stock and stayed to find somewhere else. I'm assuming I'm just being blacklisted by them because they are made I've been making complaints about receiving my medication and the correct amount. My doctor told me if this happened again after sending in a 3 months script in advance, giving them ample time to order and get the meds in, to let him know. The office keeps a list of pharmacies that patients struggle getting their meds through. So sadly I'm going to have to let him know to add arbor lakes to that list. All other pharmacies are telling me they have no issues currently finding my meds. Not sure why arbor lakes struggles. I've done nothing wrong in my behalf!
