Something that worked for me a little was Myofascial Release treatments w the combination of acupuncture. Then I got recommended to Charles for something called "rolfing". I had never heard of it before. But since being in a lot of pain at age 29 I decided to give it a try. I have now had 5 out of the ten sessions and I can finally sit! Seriously, this is a big deal for me. A torqued pelvis with disc issues suck and Charles is really fixing me through these sessions. I would say I feel 50% better than I did, so hopefully I'm right on track to 100%. Charles makes you feel very comfortable during sessions with being very elaborate and answering every question u might have. He's very nice, knows his stuff and can carry on a nice conversation on a consistent basis. We have had to move out to temporary housing and pack up (purge) our entire home (35 years of our lives) while my husband worked his FT job and we kept our tourist rentals going.
