You can come as a beginner or advanced practitioner, everyone is welcome. The owner, Suzanne, is wonderful. The overall…read morevibe here is something that everyone could easily get into- right from the first intro class. The lights and layout of the studio are gorgeous. Instructors are all friendly and helpful if you need extra attention. They ensure everyone knows what's going on before going onto the next move. Wednesday intro classes get pretty packed so I Saturday and Sunday intro classes are the way to go for anyone just starting out! Beth, Karen, Krystle, and Deanna have all been great instructors to me!
