The facial was really wonderful and relaxing - no intense scents, super calming with some massage in there that was awesome. We then had individual massages by Tracy. Unfortunately that was not the greatest, WAY too gentle, WAY too much oil, and hardly felt relieved nor relaxed after - I kept thinking "when is this massage going to start" even after for more pressure. My partner had the same experience as well. I would totally be open to going back if there were other massage therapists though I will say, given the amount of $$ I was really hoping for a better experience.

After discussing thoroughly what he would be able to accomplish, I decided to move forward. To say he did the most amazing job would be an understatement. Even back then he made myself (and my mother who goes to this practice as well) feel comfortable and reassured. Fast forward over 15 years later and I wanted to have a small tip revision done as my nose had drooped a bit over the years (which is common). I now live all the way out in Phoenix, Arizona but there was no one else I trusted more than Dr. Abraham to do this revision for me. He is incredibly knowledgeable, re-assuring and his entire team is so very kind (shout out Judy!). I even referred him to my close friends who went to see him as well. I had an appointment for the end of November for the first shots. Called early in the week as I had heard nothing about insurance approval, was told it hadn't come through. Told someone would get back to me. never got a call back. Called in December was told it still hadn't come through. Called after the holidays and found out it was never submitted, and that they had(and lost) 2 insurance staff. Got a call from a staff member(who was not the insurance person) leaving me a message that didnt make sense. Found out she called for someone else. I asked the insurance person call me back so I could appeal the insurance company's decision. No return call. Called today (now at the end of January), to be told the Dr may not do Medical botox. And, that the PA had no right to tell me that they would( this was the reason I was referred there). Patty the Office Manager spoke over me and didn't listen, until I pointed this out. Waiting to hear if the Dr will even do the procedure. Not holding out a lot of hope.
