Beware all drinks are very expensive- but also very delicious! The only reason that I have deducted a star was because of the absolutely freezing shower I took after getting all sweaty and chlorine-y from the spa experiences. My sister and I both had the coldest showers of our lives here, which really disrupted the calm serenity that the visit left me with. Massage therapist was robotic, disconnected, unresponsive to cues or requests, and had rough dry skin hands. Not worth any of the $$ or time because it was not a relaxing massage. Of greater concern is the administration of this spa. They sold gift cards and at time of purchase said they could be located by phone number or email. When it was time to redeem, they sang a very different tune and actually tried to make me pay twice to cover their inability to locate a gift card despite being presented with physical receipts and all supporting details. That they expect their clientele to bear the cost of their ineptitude is completely unacceptable. We work hard for the money. Evidently harder than they do! Any other vendor this day and age can locate a gift card with the most basic of information. It feels intentional and dishonest that they say they cannot. Front desk says they have no knowledge of gift card process, despite having sold the gift card gladly in the first place and assuring me it could be located even without physically presenting the card. They also say they can't take action over the weekend. Then they say to wait a few days. It's been over ten days since this was raised. Reporting them. So disappointed.
