My husband called them at 1:57pm. They called back at 2:02pm and the heat pump was fixed by 3:26pm. He first said that they would come by tomorrow (Friday) but then he asked my husband how old he was. When he told him that he was 82 the owner, James Riggins, said he would be right over! Super nice. They came out to service my HVAC within a couple of days of contacting them for routine maintenance. They were super flexible and worked with my schedule. I could immediately tell that I was in some knowledgeable, trustworthy hands. Dale serviced all aspects of my AC and Heating system and took the time to show me on his multimeter that my capacitor was bad, which he deftly replaced for a more than fair price (I googled it, and saw that he charged below the price found in my search results). I mentioned that I have a huge aversion to going into the attic, where my air handler is located, so Dale threw in (and installed, at no charge) a sensor which would shut off my system in the event that my drain line was clogged, before the drain pan could overflow. This was so kind and such a great suggestion because if such a problem were to occur, I wouldn't notice until it leaked into my living space. Dale and Jennifer gave me and my teenage son lots of tips for how we can keep everything running smoothly until our next service next year.
