Was told that this fee applies to all jobs, large and small. We live less than five miles from Pittman's office, and evaluation took about 10 minutes ... but we still get the same fee as for million-dollar homes surrounding the area's posh lake communities? Does not sound reasonable or fair. Guess we need a new electrician for those annual maintenance calls and major equipment installs, since Pittman doesn't seem to care about retirees on limited budgets.

My winter HVAC service was skipped and my annual 2025 generator service was skipped......however I had paid for them. I asked to speak with her manager (Mason) and he never called me back. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time!

My husband called them at 1:57pm. They called back at 2:02pm and the heat pump was fixed by 3:26pm. He first said that they would come by tomorrow (Friday) but then he asked my husband how old he was. When he told him that he was 82 the owner, James Riggins, said he would be right over! Super nice.
