And of course, these things always happen when the weather is at its worst. The heat has been miserable. My husband called them at 1:57pm. They called back at 2:02pm and the heat pump was fixed by 3:26pm. He first said that they would come by tomorrow (Friday) but then he asked my husband how old he was. When he told him that he was 82 the owner, James Riggins, said he would be right over! Super nice. Super knowledgeable. And very compassionate. I would call no one else EVER. These are the people that you want to do business with over and over again. Will recommend to everyone.

The unit had two electrical issues, needed fton and the starter switch was replaced. When I called Mr. Holland to tell him about this his response was to call and hang up on me.
