I recently went to Washington DC and walked over 26,000 steps each day, over 10 miles without pain. When I was operated on I could not walk 50 feet without agonizing pain. I will not get into all the details. Dr. Musser has made my retirement so much more fun. After exhausting all routine care options, he opted to try a new higher grade graft. After three grafts, the wound has now healed. Dr Lazerson has provided good care and and has explained all the procedures and options as he went along. There was a possibility of failure as a previous graft from 2020 did not work out. We discussed all treatment options and why there was a previous failure. He assured me that the situation looked good for the current treatment and he was correct. I am very happy with this success.

I reminded her that I had waited at least 2 weeks for this appt and periodically checked for cancellations. My left heel is killing me, making it hard to walk. She refused to let me see Dr Beverly, even though there was NOBODY in the waiting room. Since they would not see me, and didn't care how much pain I was in, I left and WILL NEVER go there or any of their other locations again. If this same situation had happened with Dr Fleeter, he would have had me sit in the patient recliner, filling out the paperwork while he checked my feet. Big difference in attitude! They need to learn compassion and a little empathy!!

For a routine MRI, they dangerously neglected to check on my contrast tolerance, then made another mistake correcting it, and when I tried to get reassurance from their medical clerk Timothy, on a new order without contrast, he said--and I'll long remember it--"yes, yes, without contrasts that's not too hard to remember, is it?" aimed at an 81-year-old patient. Timothy then forgot the code in next order he sent, and when I called , he hung up on me--twice. Not being of a disputatious natures I was in genuine shock, and quit the practice. But not before I went out of my way to write to Dr Ang Nguyen to point out the ticking time bomb he had with staff competence and professional courtesy. I expected at least a note or a call of apology. but,,.. crickets. I've switched immediately to Bayshore Podiatry and its polite and competent staff. The difference is night and day, I don't see how Healthy Feet can stay in business with this level of bad judgment, abysmal staff competence, and adolescent superciliousness, followed by a refusal to apologize or admit error.
