It's Zen Outside the Chaos for a brief moment. Every time, the experience has been phenomenal. The therapists I've seen have all been attentive, professional, and truly skilled. The environment is clean, calm, and welcoming. I especially love the little touch of soaking your feet in hot water before starting. Such a great way to begin a session, and a fabulous foot massage. They're always respectful, kind, and communicative. I've shared that I've had surgeries on both my neck and lower back, and they always proceed with such care, checking in often to make sure the pressure is comfortable. One note: if you're booking any therapy service over 30 minutes, I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time. They're getting busier (for good reason). I understand if a business needs proof of vaccination and taking the precautions they need to take for themselves, however, they should've mentioned that vaccination is required prior to confirming an appointment and maybe don't interrogate someone why they aren't vaccinated.

After the massage when I went to pay, I had $55 cash ($45 for the massage and $10 for the tip), and then the man said "no, it's $70 for body massage" and pointed to their indoor sign with the prices. I showed him again the online promotional price they have on their website that I verified with him BEFORE we began the massage, and he said that was a very old promotion, and it's no longer available. Why didn't he tell me this when I showed him the image at the beginning of the appointment and he said "ok". I'll never go back. I don't mind paying the $70, but I do mind being lied to. Horrible customer service. And yes, I still paid him the $70/hr.

I hope that they decide to set up some kind of answering service or at least a voicemail to prevent loss of business in the future. I'd like to support our local businesses over the "chains" but when they don't give a dependable way to be contacted - especially after you've already paid for a service - it is extremely difficult to do so.
