He and my husband immediately started talking about sports, then family and finally dental history and health. The environment is very relaxing. The ladies are very sweet and helpful. Dr is not rough and informs you of everything he's getting ready to do or doing at that moment. He takes most insurances and their prices are very reasonable. At first the name turned me off because I thought an artistic dentist has to be pricey, but NOPE not at all ! I'd recommend this office too anyone for emergency issues or definitely a long-term dentist !

Throughout all of those years, we never had a complaint and had a great deal of trust in the practice. Unfortunately, my recent experience under the new owner, Dr. Loftin, has been extremely disappointing. I inquired about Invisalign to close the gap between my front teeth. During my consultation, I was given a detailed explanation of the process, provided a quote, and shown a 3D simulation illustrating how my teeth were expected to move and what my smile would look like at the end of treatment. Based on that information, I committed to the treatment and followed all of the instructions I was given. After paying thousands of dollars, wearing Invisalign for months, and completing all of the trays provided, the gap between my front teeth is still there. It is essentially the same size as it was before treatment. Looking at my smile, you would not know that I had undergone Invisalign treatment at all. What has been especially upsetting is that, after investing so much time and money, the solutions offered to me were either veneers--which would require spending even more money--or possibly adding something to the back of my mouth to shift my teeth forward. I understand that dental treatment does not always produce perfectly predictable results. However, after being shown a 3D representation of the expected outcome, paying thousands of dollars, completing the prescribed treatment, and following the instructions, I expected a meaningful improvement in the issue I specifically sought treatment to correct. Instead, I feel worse about my smile than I did before I started. After being a loyal patient for more than 20 years, this experience has been particularly disappointing.

Anywho we were greet upon entry and the staff was very helpful and polite.. the checking process was very easy. The lounge was clean, the place was well lit. The wait time was not long at all. I love the fact that they take us all back as a family together. Princess was very good with my kiddos. They had a very good experience with the X-rays and the teeth cleaning. Everyone was cool and didn't have any complaints. Dr. Michael is amazing with the kiddos. We love the fact that he is so gentle and patient with them. Wyatt was nervous but he made him comfortable enough to open is mouth and let him check him out. Kenn got his teeth cleaned and Wasvery nice and pleasant. Dr. Brooksher didn't even blink an eye. He bothered to read the literature and to inform himself then went about his business and treated me like a human being. Steady and gentle hands; a professional and friendly staff; basically all that could be asked of a healthcare provider. One slight issue is that my insurance only pays for the old amalgam fillings rather than the new technology Dr. Brooksher uses. It's worth the extra cost though to have the better quality filling.

I've also felt that they don't "overtreat". Both of our kids have some treatment they will eventually need, but the doctors have not rushed to schedule something. Instead, they like to take a conservative approach and only operate when truly necessary, which I really like.
