She frequently cut me off before I could finish my questions and made me feel as though my concerns were stupid or an inconvenience. The overall impression was that she couldn't be bothered and just wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Elective surgery is a major and personal decision, and respectful, supportive communication is essential. This interaction caused me to lose confidence in the patient experience at this office, and because of it, I decided not to proceed with another consultation or surgery here.
