While the music and instruction and very quiet setting were different from my preferred yoga style, I will say that Angelina was a good teacher. The sequencing of the flow was great and I felt very challenged. I also appreciated how engaged she was with each student in different ways and the hands-on assistance she provided. I've been doing yoga for a while but there are still postures I'm confident aren't exactly right. She helped me correct a few and I was very grateful. She also recognized my flexibility and gave me additional adjustments/gentle pushes to get deeper into some postures. I also appreciated Mo at the front desk who was very nice and welcoming. Sometimes, when I come to smaller studios where everyone knows each other, I feel out of place but that wasn't the case here. Thanks, Radiance!

This meditation really caught me eyes and the content really intrigued me. So I decided to give it try, I was just amazed to find out after just few weeks into it, it really relieve much of stress and worries I carried around, nothing I have tried was as effective as this meditation, I would recommend this to anyone. This meditation has made my life a million times simpler and changed my perspective on life as a whole. I am so much more resilient in situations that used to get me down, able to express myself better, it has rid me of constant nightmares allowing for a more restful sleep and more productive days, improved sooo many of my relationships and has truly increased my energy & even my skin and face is brighter and smoother since starting. I always joke and tell people that meditation is my Botox ;) I am also a competitive figure competitor which requires extremely regimented meals/eating plan alongside a huge allotment of time to the gym daily for a solid 4 months out of the year (on top of my full time job)! My body response to my training and diet this year has been unbelievable smooth in terms of fat loss and I attribute it entirely to meditating and ridding myself of stress which has in turn aided in my weight loss. So amazing! I realized no matter how much I exercise to take care of my body, I must also take care of my mind. I try to come for an hour a day (more when I can) and travel frequently with a wacky work schedule; anyone can fit this into their schedule! I leave feeling so refreshed every time. The teachers here are wonderful and genuinely want you to succeed. I have only completed 2 levels of 7 and am so excited to see what other changes will occur as I progress. I could go on for hours about the wonders that this center has done for me! I now realize what a necessity this is in life :)

I wanted to share that I took her "Tapping Into Your Intuition" class last Saturday and feel that it was well worth it. I took the class because I wanted to see if I could use my intuition to play a stronger role in my life. Most of the concepts Mara introduced were fairly new to me, but she made them all completely accessible and I can see how each could benefit me in some way. There are several I plan to use right away. Mara's room was comfortable, well organized, and the environment was very conducive to learning. Mara has mastery, enthusiasm and love for what she is doing and for the people she is serving and it shows. She prepared useful and relevant materials that we can refer back to and use henceforth. The participants were very friendly and the group meshed well imho. Mara did a great job of directing conversations and keeping the class focused. All of us were able to share useful information and, of course, Mara shared a number of helpful resources with us as well. The class was pertinent, interesting, fun, and useful. The time went by all too quickly and when it was over, it seemed hard to tear ourselves away.

Uma, the owner, confirmed this in writing in an email (see attached). My daughter and I showed up early (8:50 am). At 9:12 am we walked to the building and the doors were locked. I forwarded Uma her own email and asked if we needed to reschedule. No response, and the door to the business was still locked at 9:15, our scheduled time. My daughter and I waited for 10 minutes. A car pulled in around 9:28 with a man and a woman inside, but I had no idea who they were. The woman went in while the man carried a bag for her, but I've never seen Uma, so I do not know if that was her. So we left. She called me at 9:33--after our session was supposed to start--asking if I was still coming. She claimed she had 9:30 in her calendar, as if that overrides what she sent me in writing. What bothered me most was not the mix-up but the unprofessional way she handled it. Her email after the fact was passive-aggressive, no real apology, and telling me not to book with her again. I didn't get the service I paid for because she was not on time, and somehow, she still tried to make it my fault for not waiting around even longer. She also had the nerve to tell me never to book with her again. I would've gladly rescheduled. Instead, I got attitude and was blamed for not accommodating her unprofessional behavior. If this is how she handles her business, she needn't worry about me booking with her again. Blessings.
