You don't get that zen feeling when you walk in. When I turned over, despite having my eyes closed it was still bright. Some darkening curtains would make a world of difference. You can hear loud cars on the road (no muffler and police/fire sirens. I don't think a white noise machine would help, so if you don't fall asleep, maybe some ear buds with relaxing music. If you have a Groupon, you kind of are treated differently. I have used Groupons for about 90% of my massages yet here, despite using Groupons consistently, they just treat you in a different way....which brings me too Scheduling... all done via text, which as a new customer that is not the preference, I'd like to talk to someone...and clearly whoever I was texting was not busy, cause despite me asking for 15 mins as I had a conference call, they were engaged in the back and forth of texting. The groupon voucher had to be shared via a screen shot prior to even being allowed to confirm appointment (most massage locations just schedule and have you bring in the groupon). Despite those cons, I plan on coming back and having another massage from Ricardo.
