While the music and instruction and very quiet setting were different from my preferred yoga style, I will say that Angelina was a good teacher. The sequencing of the flow was great and I felt very challenged. I also appreciated how engaged she was with each student in different ways and the hands-on assistance she provided. I've been doing yoga for a while but there are still postures I'm confident aren't exactly right. She helped me correct a few and I was very grateful. She also recognized my flexibility and gave me additional adjustments/gentle pushes to get deeper into some postures. I also appreciated Mo at the front desk who was very nice and welcoming. Sometimes, when I come to smaller studios where everyone knows each other, I feel out of place but that wasn't the case here. Thanks, Radiance!

Luann, the owner, radiates calmness and peace and I really enjoy taking her classes. The other instructors are great too. All of the classes are structured in a flexible fashion and the instructors happily suggest variations of the poses based on your specific abilities and physical needs. As a result, there's a pretty wide range of attendees across capability level and age I have attended both Vinyasa flow and stretch and strengthen classes and enjoy the mix of physical challenge, stretching and restoration. I feel very relaxed when I leave the studio and have noticed that my personal mindfulness has increased as a result of attending these classes. You can definitely do a drop in class if you're interested and I believe there still a beginners package to let you to set a variety of classes at a discounted rate. Also check with the front desk and it's registering for an entire series of classes which is cheaper or for a package of classes. And, if you're in the mood for adding to your own personal stash of yoga thing the front lobby has a wide variety of merchandise that is reasonably priced and of high-quality. Everyone who works there is so friendly and talented and helpful! I always tell everyone to come here for yoga bc i love it so much! They're one of the only places nearby that has Ashtanga classes taught by a person, not a video like some other places. Dori, Marina, Laura and Kelsey are all amazing! There are other teachers as well, but I haven't taken their classes.
