This is an overdue review but, I finally sat down to do it. In 2020 Mind Your Body Oasis became a very special place for me. Although I visited MYBO before 2020 a few times for different services I didn't realize what I had until it was taken away from me during the craziest year of my life. When I felt alone, depressed, anxious, sad, upset, confused and all the feelings that came with that crazy year I finally realized what I had. Once they opened back up after the pandemic, I signed up for a monthly package. I enjoyed the sauna and Thai Massage with Amanda so much that then led to me purchasing the yearly membership. I made sure that I would continue to keep this place close to me and commit myself to much needed self-care that my body needed. In 2021 I experienced a sudden death in the family - a person that I was close to. I knew I needed a massage to heal, but I found myself once again like I did in 2020, sad, depressed and lost. I finally booked my monthly appointment and I will never forget that night. Amanda gave me a Thai massage and I was able to release the emotions which I was experiencing. And now that brings me to this year 2022. Last week I was dealing with some family issues with a close sister. We both agreed to disagree on a relationship she is currently in. After months of not telling her how I felt, I finally did, only to face the fact that I may not speak to her again for a very long time. The next night I had an appointment with Amanda. She worked on me once again and helped me release all the emotions I was feeling and holding back. During this session, the Underground Shops lost electrical power. Amanda, another massage therapist, a yoga teacher, and a martial arts class were still open and available to their clients. Amanda always seems to know exactly what my body needs. She sometimes ends my massage with chimes, drum, sound healing, and fascia blasting. I don't know where I would be the past couple of years if it weren't for Amanda and the studio. I am so grateful to have them both in my life just when I needed them. I've also gotten really good massages from Kimberly and Muscular Manipulation from Eric. I highly recommend them both as well. If you've put off getting a massage here or taking advantage of the convenience of having a local infrared sauna don't put if off any longer. Mind Your Body Oasis - Yoga Near Me - Falls Church, Virginia

I first learned about Mind Your Body Oasis through an Elite event and was excited to see an Amazon local deal pop up for them the following week. I enjoyed the tour and sample class and was very eager to come back. The studio is nestled in the corner of an interesting little underground mall in Crystal City. To maximize space, the reception desk is attached, but outside of the inner studio, so it allows the narrow hall way to remain clutter free. Both the Zen room and the Hot room are beautiful spaces. Very open and very peaceful. The bathroom is also absolutely wonderful. It feels weird to write that, but in some of the other studios I have been to, this has been their shortcoming. Here the lockers are neatly arranged, the sauna is out of the way, the showers are large and the share-able beauty products are wonderful. Also, much like the rest of the space, it is kept immaculately clean. Love! They offer so many different classes, I look forward to eventually trying them all. So far my favorite has been the Hot Hatha with Amanda. I think it speaks volumes for how a business is run by how approachable the owner is. During class, she walked around at one point and adjusted everyone's spine and put a cooling cream on our backs. The room was heated to 115 degrees, so she guided us through water breaks, and what to do if you got woozie. She made sure those of us that are not as flexible (or graceful) as the more practiced students had the appropriate modifications and encouragement needed. Then at the very end of class she passed out a cool mint scented washcloth that was absolute bliss. I have also very much enjoyed Pilates and Hatha with Soozie, she is awesome and makes sure that you are comfortable with positions but pushes you to grow and dig deeper. Todd's Gentle Warm Flow class and his Yoga for inflexible humans class are wonderful too. He tailors each class to his students and encourages everyone to try some of the harder moves, but provides modifications and adjustments as needed. And Ethan's HIIT will kick your butt! You will get your heart rate up quickly and keep it up for an entire hour! It's intense! The studio also offers various therapies, health coaching, has a nice variety of yoga/pilates items for sale, and a cooler full of yummies from PostModern Foods. I'm so excited to have found this wonderful place! I'm officially obsessed and am already starting to see improvements in myself. read more

I had a very nice class Sunday @ 5:30 with Todd ( yoga for inflexible humans). My body felt great afterwards. I bought a pair of feet sox and pray they work well because my toes get so cold once the weather drops a bit. I love the sox with individual toes, my feet stay clean, warm and the grips work well. They have many pretty colors to choose from too. I really enjoy the restorative class that Soozie teaches on Thursday at 7:15 for an hour. It's like a body massage, relaxing for the mind and body. PRIVATE SAUNA SESSION!!! Need I say more?? Most gyms have shut down all their amenities and finding a sauna to release all your toxins (especially during a stressful time) is priceless! The owner Amanda has created a true retreat with private infrared saunas for rent. You can rent a certain chunk of time of your preference. Fastidiously clean, masks required when outside in the hallways and locker rooms, this place is a gem during such a difficult time for so many. I hurt my shoulder before heading on a work trip. I tried a massage at the airport to no avail. On a whim I tried a full on massage in this establishment near my office. I liked being able to book and pay online although it would have been nicer to be able to pay the tip on my card. Lucky I actually had cash. The massage was nice and she did a great job. I do wish it had one of those heated blankets which I would be an inexpensive upgrade. My only real concern was the masseuse massaged around my breasts. I did go in complaining of a shoulder and neck problem but I was still surprised when she pulled down my sheet and worked around my boobs. I asked my friends later and the consensus was it's a normal massage thing, just not one I had experienced in my first 50 or so. However most therapists give the client a heads up before diving in. read more

It was a Sunday evening and I had skipped my usual free 12pm Yoga at Lululemon Georgetown. I was feeling a little sore from running the Spartan Sprint the day before. I live nearby and passed this place a few times wondering what it's like. So I checked it out online and saw that they have a ton of classes and spa services. This place is a one stop shop for all your yoga needs! I was going to pay $20 to drop in on the Joint Freeing/Pavanmuktasana on a Sunday evening at 5:30, but decided to take advantage of the $50 intro fee for a month. So far I've taken: Joint Freeing/Pavanmuktasana - Spending a lot of time if poses that don't require inversions but workout the inner back muscles, face and core. I was struggling a little. Very good if you want to try something a little different. Hot Hatha Classic - 20-something static poses in a heated room. Gentle warm flow - More on stretching and too strenuous. Hot Flow (all levels) - More of the Vinyasa flow that I'm used to. Lots of inversions and going into poses like tripod and crow. They have classes running all day every day. During the work week they start at 6am. It's really convenient and you are most likely to find something that fits your schedule. Other great perks of this place are the spa/massage services, gear for purchase, food and drink products and clean bathrooms and showers. This place is a yoga utopia! read more

Wow - what a gem! This is a beautiful studio in the heart of Crystal City - truly an oasis amongst a concrete jungle. The wooden floor boards are warm and welcoming just as the staff exude love and healing. Find a sanctuary in your hectic life, and a space to focus and still your mind. A wonderful surprise is the infra-red sauna, the showers full of girly amenities, and a changing room fit for prepping for a night out on the town! So find your balance and your center and then hit up DC! (That's what we did - hehe). So far we've attended two pilates classes instructed by Soozie Kinstler. She's a phenomenal instructor and we're so exited that she's here on the East Coast because we met her initially in the small town of Hilo, Hawai'i where we were lucky enough to receive her instruction in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga. Soozie is dynamic, diverse, and phenomenal, and she teaches from the heart with the greatest intentions which makes all the difference in the world. I was hoping to like this studio since it is walking distance to my home and they offer at least one class I had not been to before. However, my experience left much to be desired. I attended my first wall yoga class at MYBO and felt frustrated more than anything - not really the emotion you're hoping to get from a yoga class. When I attend a yoga class at a professional studio I expect, in most cases, for instruction to be clear enough that I don't have to look up from what I am doing to know what and how I should be moving. That was certainly not the case here. The instructor, Amanda, also seemed to be rather short with people in the class who were new to the class (the majority). I don't really appreciate that type of instruction when I am suspending myself from a wall and risk of injury is increased, as result. Or just when I'm trying to relax in a yoga class... at all. After a week or 2 I decided to give it another go and scheduled another, different class. I registered online and paid ahead. I fully intended to attend but had a workplace emergency (yea - I have a stressful job. That's why I do yoga) and had to cancel. I went online to cancel my class about an hour ahead (I work in MD and live in VA so it takes me at least that to get to the class when I'm done with work). Come to find that despite cancelling in what I seemed to be a reasonable time frame (as has been my experience with other studios that use the same scheduling app) they still docked me the full class. Maybe I'm missing it but I still can't find any written cancellation policy on their site. I have been to many other studios that had cancellation policy clearly stated so students know upfront that if they didn't cancel within ___ min of class start that they would lose their session. Anyways... my review is 2 stars rather than 1 as I am sure that there are some people who may enjoy this studio and their classes. Just not me. This studio seems to focus more on physical aspects than mental/spiritual aspects of yoga. They also sell some products to help with diet. To each their own! read more

I took the free first time student class here and I loved it. A few things I like about this studio that I haven't really found in the DMV are as follows... 1. Awesome products in the bathroom, makes you feel like you are in a spa. 2. Focus on mental and physical. There is a focus on spirituality. This isn't just "exercise" yoga. 3. Diverse teacher and client base, so everyone feels comfortable and at home. Basically the complete opposite of corepower yoga! The only problem I have is at $25 per drop in class I can't really afford to go, but for those who can... take advantage of this gem. read more

I am so happy I started going to MYBO. It all started last summer when I signed up for kitten yoga at the AWLA and had to buy a mat for the occasion (if you're wondering, it was heavy on the kittens and light on the yoga). My membership at Pure Barre was ending and I was interested in trying something new. Since I had a yoga mat thanks to kitten yoga, I decided to go to MYBO's free yoga in the park on a Sunday night. It was a great class so I signed up for their new student special, a month of unlimited classes for $59. I'm so glad I did! MYBO offers a variety of classes, included different types of yoga, pilates, barre, and deep stretching. I've never been bored. I try to go as often as my schedule allows (sometimes the commute after work from Tysons forbids it). The teachers are great and the other people who go there are all so friendly. On top of the group classes, you can get a massage, fascia blast, facial, or spend time in the infrared sauna. I actually won a free month of unlimited sauna - how cool! This is probably the only place I go without wearing any make-up, and I don't feel judged at all. It truly is a wonderful escape from the stresses of daily life. I don't know if there's another place like this in the area and I feel grateful that I live so close. read more

Friends, readers, knotted-muscle masses of the DMV area; hear my words! I have traveled far and wide for massages (the ethical kind, mind you) hoping to find the person to cure my tense shoulder woes. This month, I ended my search having finally found Puthearine at Mind Your Body Oasis. My wife has been coming here for months for yoga, and though I dodge her requests to try a class like I'm dodging the tax man, she mentioned a massage and I was all in. Massages come with a complimentary 30 minute infra-red sauna session to prepare your body for the tenderizing it's about to receive. The sauna is super clean as is the men's locker room and shower. They even provide all manner of cosmetics and lotions should you need to tidy yourself up after a massage/yoga/pilates session and get back to business. Let's talk about the massage itself. First, masseuses are like automotive technicians: Find one you trust and then be honest with 'em. Within 5 minutes of talking to Puthearine I knew she was different from every other masseuse I'd worked with (75 minutes of talking with her confirmed my suspicions). She spent a few minutes going over past massages, medical history, pain tolerance, what to expect for future massages, etc. I left it to her to decide what kind of massage to give me and where to concentrate. My body's a wreck-- anything will help. By the end of my session, I was on cloud nine. I intentionally waited two weeks before posting this to avoid the emotional bias often found here. I can say without hesitation that today (exactly two weeks later) the work she did has not only mostly held, it's been life changing. I have purchased a package of five massages and intend on coming in regularly. My bottom line: If you're serious about your body and don't want to waste money, you NEED to book an appointment here. Menu price for this 75 minute service is $120.00, or $105.00 with a package. I would recommend to any and everybody to come see Puthearine at MYBO for a seriously great massage. read more

MYBO holds a special place in my heart because that's where I come to share my practice almost every day after work. They offer a variety of classes from regular yoga, hot yoga, pilates, barre-less, and they are preparing to add wall yoga to the mix! There are also many different workshops being offered, I would say, every month. I think they try to build the community not just as a place to practice yoga but also to care about your body, your soul holistically. Each teacher brings to the class their own interpretation and thoughts on yoga so to me it is what makes my whole experience diverse and rich. I always come to the practice knowing that I will learn something new about myself, something about other people's struggles, all to understand that as we unite and seek to understand ourselves and others, we are opening ourselves up for love and more compassion. I have noticed as much spiritual changes as physical changes after roughly 6 months of continuous practice. The practice rooms, the changing area and the bathrooms are always kept very clean. I always thought that it's very thoughtful of them to provide things like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and various body care products for everyone to use and make it a community focused on sharing not just through our practice but also through other aspects as well. I need to also mention that my husband loves getting his messages at MYBO. We've seen quite a few massage therapists but the ones at MYBO are the best. The next step is for me to get a massage, says my husband! I cannot recommend MYBO enough. It will be my oasis for a long time I know. TL;DR - this place is great, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience. I called in hoping to sneak in a massage. I found out that they only had a thai massage therapist available. I was incredibly impressed that the therapist took the time to chat with me on the phone, learn my symptoms, and then advise me that the thai massage wouldn't help me. I figured any massages is better than nothing, so I went ahead and booked anyway. When I got there, I found out that they had called their other therapist, and when she heard about my symptoms, she agreed to come in and see me - ON HER DAY OFF. Amazing. That kind of customer focus just blows me away, and has made me a customer for life. As a bonus, Soozsie's massage was incredible. The little details - making sure I was welcomed when I arrived, getting me water, and even letting me get on the heated massage table 15 minutes early while I waited for my therapist to arrive - really made a huge impression on me. Firstly, I must admit I have been a athlete all my life and have engaged in all kinds of sports-- but never yoga- and I was apprehensive. I am kind of flexible and strong, but not patient or calm and have always loved fast workouts. I have been told by many that I need to relax a bit, so, heading this advice I snatched myself a groupon for 10 classes, cant hurt- I thought--lets try something new and try to relax..... Well naturally, I take the harder road, and took my very first yoga class as a HOT YOGA class. It was very challenging, very hot, however, and to my surprise-- I fell in love with the challenge and opportunity to learn something new and connect with my mind and body. The room is beautiful, spacious and not intimidating. Everyone is friendly and welcomes the new face. No one is obnoxious, or the "yoga image" one assumes, it is nothing like that. Seriously every negative assumption you have about yoga is invalidated by this place. Soozie was an incredible teacher and helped me ease into my first few classes, as I felt uncomfortable and struggled. It is an experience unlike any other, and I have been to the toughest boot camps, body combat, kickboxing, and conditioning classes-- even previously being a gymnast I was amazed at how different yoga (hot yoga) is, and how great it makes you feel, mentally and physically. I am convinced it is also this studio and the people here. I take Soozies classes mostly. Soozie is an amazing instructor, patient and encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable. I have taken Amanda's class and I definitely will return, she helps adjust you and helps you feel welcome and no matter that you are struggling it is natural. I find myself breathing different, thinking "inhale, let--exhale, go". Exactly what I needed. I never thought of myself as someone who could ever be into yoga, but this place has converted me. Every time I leave after a class, I cannot wait to come back. I really love this yoga studio and am sad that my new work schedule doesn't work with their class schedule. For a newbie like me, the instructors and class offerings really helped me learn how to do yoga and utilize its practices to pay attention to my body and the benefits it has on anxiety. Mind your body oasis is just that-an oasis! Its homey yet luxurious , everyone is super friendly and helpful! They have everything. Literally everything...From real hot yoga to yoga fusions to PROFESSIONAL massages to vegan/raw foods to saunas and great health/yoga products. They have every type of massage too. I had a Thai massage with Danny Hoang and initially I was a bit apprehensive as I was told it would hurt....And it did a little bit but overall it was incredible! He is very good at making you feel comfortable and explaining the process. He instinctively knows when to apply pressure and how much. He moves so swiftly and effortlessly around you that you feel you are in a trance! I felt like he removed every ache and pain from my body and I could easily touch the ground with my palm (increased flexibility) when we were done. This place was such a nice refreshing spa in the middle of a concrete jungle. I walked in for a massage and sauna session and was so pleased. Everyone was friendly, caring and just present. The massage with Dante was great, the private sauna was wonderful! The little thing that made the biggest deal to me was being able to take a shower and not needing any products, as they had all the products you could need. Def a good 2.5 hours of my day spent. Beautiful space to practice yoga. Great selection/variety of classes. Lots of slots for working crowd. Convenient for Crystal City residents (wish they offered Crystal Pass discount or some type of resident incentive). They do have a Groupon special so that really helps. Some classes are hot, some are not. The warm classes are more hot than warm, but don't be afraid- that helps with muscle and mind relaxation. Good locker room facilities. Plenty of storage for your stuff. Instructors are attentive to students and very well-versed. This studio is awesome for all levels (beginners, what are you waiting for?). Owner and staff are super friendly. They genuinely want to help your practice grow and get to know you personally. Highly recommend MYBO! read more

So far, I've only taken the heated yinyasa flow classes w. soozie, but she/her classes are amazing! The yoga rooms are HUGE! Which is a BIG plus not being crammed in touching the person next to you. A little awkwardly shaped though with unfortunately located support beams running right into the of the room, but nothing you can do to change that. They seem to have a ton of different classes and features: vegan food and cute yoga clothes for sale, massages, nutrition counseling. Can't wait to try more offerings and update my review. FYI, it's a maze in the Crystal City underground and sort of hard to find. The studio is located by a Subway restaurant behind the new food court/seating area. read more

I've been to many studios in the NoVA and DC area and this one is definitely my favorite ! They offer a wide variety of classes every day of the week, all hours of the day and all options from beginners to advanced. My favorites are the Hot Flow and Hot Hatha taught by Suzie and Amanda but I have yet to find a class I didn't enjoy! The hot studio is equipped with a soft matted floor, kept very clean, and both the hot room and the zen room are huge! The owners/ instructors are very friendly and approachable and always willing to offer help and advice. The cool face towels at the end are an added bonus ! If you are an active athlete (i.e. workout, run or bike more than 15 hours a week) you must see Reggie. He's really attentive to specifically what you're asking for. And he'll make your legs feel and work like new. Most massage therapists barely work your large leg muscles, but Reggie works your muscles and gets them ready for competition. Having been athletic all my life, and most recently stepped away from Crossfit - I knew I needed to give yoga a shot. I walked into the studio on my way home from work one day (conveniently located right next to the Crystal City metro station) and tried a class. I really enjoyed it (despite my evident inflexibility) and knew I would be back for more. Nine months and a successful 90 day hot yoga challenge later, Mind Your Body Oasis remains my yoga home. And likely will be until I find myself moving out of the area. The studio offers classes for every yoga enthusiast - from gentle beginner sessions to advanced classes, and everything in between. The instructors and staff are friendly, the studio is beautiful. The hot room is the cleanest I've ever seen, with antimicrobial flooring. The zen room is cool, and very calming. They have a far-infrared sauna, which many have raved about. They also offer various wellness services, including massages and Reiki. They also offer Power Supply meals for those looking for healthy ready-made meals, which I highly recommend if one has the budget for it. Hands down, the best yoga studio in the DC area. read more

I took a hot vinyasa class with Amanda and WOW! Another great instructor at Mind Your Body Oasis. I'm still a fan and love MYBO even more! Amanda is a great teacher whose voice soothes your soul, encourages you to try new things and makes corrections where necessary without invading your space. I've been going to this studio since it opened. It's an important element to the area and a trusted and welcoming place to drop your worries at the door and experience something that will make you feel amazing. Great location, zen feel, helpful staff and instructors, and a terrific array of classes! I prefer the hot hatha and their take on barre - but they also have flow and Pilates and other cool classes. Also any studio that uses the cold minty towels after a hot sweaty yoga class gets my vote any time. :) read more

I am visiting from out of town and stopped in for a hot yoga class with Lauren yesterday. What an awesome class!!! I loved the combination of flows and holding some postures and especially loved the language and mind body connection she encouraged; it wasn't just a mindless connection of different postures, she challenged us to connect our purpose (intention) for attending class. I also saw folks with differing body types and demographic groups as students and teachers which is not the norm at many places. I took off one star because while not super offensive (and I do practice hot yoga regularly at a couple of different places) the scent of the room was a bit musty/sweaty even before starting class, not sure if the foamy floor contributes but maybe improving circulation or burning incense before practice could help? I recommend stopping in to try them! read more

I came for the massage and was lucky to get one with Eric Cherry. But he is only there once a month (for four days), so that is something to consider. The staff are very nice, the shower, sauna, changing room situation is all fine, albeit sort of all over the place. This place is also hard to find, as it is buried down in the bowels of the 1750 Crystal City shops. On the other hand, you can get their by Metro. I'm not into yoga or anything like that but I like the massage. read more

This place recently opened nearby, so a friend and I decided to give it a try. They were offering a free class and 20% off membership pricess. We tried the kundalini yoga (1.5hr class). It was a first for us both and we really enjoyed it. We left feeling so relaxed and centered and learned some new techniques. We'll be going back to this class. She tried two other classes: yoga for athletes and hot yoga. She liked both. The yoga for athletes was described as pretty challenging for someone who exercises frequently. Even her boyfriend thought it was a challenge! The facility is located in the Crystal City underground, across from the Hallmark store and a few doors down from the RiteAid. It's a beautiful new facility with several different rooms. They not only offer yoga, but also have pilates, health coaching, heat therapy, accupuncture, reiki, and some other stuff. I've been attending classes at Mind Your Body Oasis for a few months now. I have enjoyed the variety of offerings. One class in particular that I like to attend Tues. and Thur. evenings at 7:00 is Yoga Therapeutics with Lara. I work full-time in DC and I need the slow-down, the deep breathing, and guided poses that are truly therapeutic. It's decompressing and rejuvenating. Lara asks each of us about any pain we might have and she modifies positions so that we can benefit individually from the class. I hadn't heard of yoga therapy until I came to MYBO. My first ever Yoga class was here at MYBO. I really didn't know what to expect and having done mostly weight training and functional fitness type workouts like crossfit, I was completely in the dark as far as what health benefits I would get from Yoga. The first class I took was a community class and I'm so glad that I did. Not only were the ladies warm and welcoming but they made the experience so much less intimidating for me as a beginner (special shout out to Candice Martin). I also got a chance to try something to see if it worked with my overall goals and really to balance out and give my body some variety. I'll be back for more and I would also love to check out a lot of the other spa services they provide. read more

I've been practicing at Mind Your Body Oasis for almost a year now and I can honestly say that it's the best yoga studio I have ever been to. There are so many different classes to choose from and the instructors are top notch. Soozie and Diana have helped elevate my yoga experience into a true practice and their classes are the highlights of my week. Todd's classes are also great. The studio is BEAUTIFUL. The Zen Room is such a wonderful space and the Hot room is fantastic! I love the Infrared Sauna and the bathrooms have great amenities, especially after a morning hot yoga class. This place is phenomenal and I really can't say enough about it. I've also had spa services before (massage with Soozie) and you really can't beat the price, or the experience. I can't say enough good things about this place! I was so happy when it opened since it's so close to me and it has totally exceeded my expectations! The space is open, beautiful, and very well maintained by the staff. Soozie and Amanda have been my favorite instructors so far and both have really gone above and beyond to make each student feel welcome. No matter what level you are, from first-time yogis to the highly experienced pretzel, they will find a way to make your class rewarding. Also, the sheer variety of classes offered has been amazing! There is always something new being offered here. From things I've never heard of, like Ashtanga yoga, to commercialized Pilates, anyone can find a class they love. read more

This is pretty much my second home. I practice here several times a week and am currently in the midst of their first teacher training program. The facitlities are beautiful, clean and spacious. The locker rooms have showers and cubbies. There are mats and towels for rent as well. There are two studios, a hot room and an unheated room. Super easy to get to, right off the metro and there are also garages in the area that are free in the evening - no excuses! All of the classes are great. They have everything from hot hatha and vinyasa to gentle classes for beginners and restorative. The teacher training program has been an amazing experience so far and I highly recommend that anyone looking to take their practice to the next level look into the program at MYBO. My partner and I only experienced the infrared sauna here (a total treat) but loved the vibe so much that we had to post a review. It was a really friendly experience and we felt so good there. If we lived close by we would practice there regularly. Definitely worth the trip into Crystal City. read more

Eric at MYBO is AMAZING. He's known as "the miracle muscle manipulator" and it is true. If you have tight or sore muscles, back or neck pain, are recovering from an injury or surgery, you need to call Eric. He will get you feeling great fast, and with little discomfort. I first went to him when I thought I had a torn rotator cuff. After working with him for just two sessions, he realized it might not be a tear... and he was right! When I went to the orthopedic doctor it turned out it was just a frozen shoulder. With some physical therapy and another few sessions with Eric, I was back on the trails swinging a backpack! Eric also helped me work through a sore knee issue/Baker's cyst. Again, he helped me avoid surgery. And when I did have hand surgery, he helped me get back full range of motion in my wrist and fingers. I didn't even know you had that many muscles in the hand!! If you are suffering from any type of muscle, skeletal or body pain or problem, it's worth a visit to Eric. He'll help you if he can, and will let you know if/when you need to see a doctor.
