Speaking of Andie Mathis, she is friendly, knowledgeable, nice and what I would want in an employee.

I felt the need to sign up on Yelp just to write this review. Last year I attended an educational…read moreseminar for the Sun City Hearing Loss group, and had the fortune to hear Dr. Peterson speak. Now, being in Sun City, we get a lot of hearing aid dealers that come in and try to get us to buy this or that, but this was not one of those talks. In this particular seminar Dr. Peterson explained in depth how our ears work, how hearing aids really work and what tinnitus is. At the time it was evident that we weren't listening to your average hearing specialist. She came back some months later to talk about hearing loss and how that affects Alzheimer's and Dementia, and since that time members of her staff have come to talk about balance disorders and other things. She is one of the most intelligent individuals I have ever had the great fortune to meet. I know that going to Great Hills ENT and the Hearing & Balance Center of Austin is a bit of a drive from Sun City, but I can not stress how much it is worth it. I am pretty sure my wife and I would drive from Houston if we had to to visit this clinic. The staff is friendly, and remembers your name. The providers are thorough and never once make you feel like you are a number. On my initial visit I had questions about my existing hearing aids and if they needed to be replaced. She was honest about my loss and the state of my aids, and at the end of the day fixed what I currently had instead of trying to get me to get new hearing aids (like three of the clinics in Georgetown). It is a small private practice, so know that sometimes its hard to get someone on the phone, but they will call you back. The doctors here practice medicine the way it should be done!!

She is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and an expert in her field. Besides her pleasant personality and demeanor, what stands out most is her determination to find the absolute best hearing aids for my specific needs and lifestyle. She doesn't rush through the process; instead, she takes the time to thoroughly explain my hearing test results, discuss different options, and patiently answer all my questions. She is committed to getting the fit and settings just right, making adjustments as needed until everything is perfect. Thanks to her expertise and persistence, I now hear so much better in everyday situations--conversations are clearer, I can hear my ESL students much more clearly, and I'm no longer frustrated in noisy situations or group settings because I can now hear the conversations. Follow-up appointments are through and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Jill Davis to anyone dealing with hearing issues. She's not just an audiologist--she's caring, dedicated, and genuinely invested in her patients' success. Five stars aren't enough!

I saw a Dr told him the work i do can't make the appointment. She said she will still charge. Worst place i have ever been to. Looks like mental house and mental staff working. They are not there to help you. They are there to rip people off so they can get paid. She did not give me any alternative. Straight up said we have to charge you. Haunted house and i would not even give her job. She is very rude and thinks she is all that and more. Wait for karma

Didn't know this but the place, while texting you, claims they don't ever review texts send to them. Who would know? So they charge me for a missed appointment. This was not a first appointment. Probably the fourth or fifth. What would they have me do? Come in vomiting. They only told me about the need to pay after I said I was not continuing on new year because of travel, etc. trying I guess to get every penny they could from me. I would again use the therapist but never the business. It's an insensitive rip. off! Friends, when hearing this, recommended other places. I would also.
