He was so helpful getting me into my first pair of truly usable hearing devices. He helped me get my first set and they were miraculous. I let 4 years go by without even a check-up. I finally made a recent appointment with Dr. Jill Davis a new practitioner at VHB. I was actually very sensitive an wary of the new staff. I feared I was gonna get told that my present aids are outdated and I need to spend 7k to replace them. But no, it went much more positively than that. I melted under the kindness and care of new staff at Victory Hearing and Balance. They told me that my aids were still state of the art except for non rechargeable batteries, I found out I can replace parts for reasonable fees and also there is an app that can locate lost devices! Also I found out how adjustable my aids are. I felt like I got a fantastic deal for the cost of the office visit and test! Wow thanks VHB for everything.

Terrible experience! Called to get a Referral, they said it may take between 24-72 hours. Called 24…read morehours later to check on the referral only to be told they couldn't work on it because they needed the name of the Dr. before they could proceed. Called 24 hours later with the name of the Dr. only to be told they're "working" on it but now i was told it was gonna take up to 10 days. The communication is terrible and someone may tell you something one day and someone else is gonna tell you something completely different the next day. I wish these things could be said the first time instead of having to call 3 different days to get 3 different answers. The communication is terrible and seems like they don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't have an issue if these things were told in the first call i made. Ive been needing PT and its been beyond a hassle to get a referral after they recommended someone. I had a good experience in my first visit but this just voids that good visit. If you decide to go with them, make sure to ask every question and find out everything before hand so there's no surprised later.

In 2021 "Doctor" Ondash sent me home with antibiotic ear…read moredrops, which was fine except for that fact my ear was swollen shut due to infection and no antibiotics could get in - I fixed his idiocy by going to an ENT specialist three days later with the competence to aspirate the ear and get the antibiotics to the infection. ENT guy said it was in the top three worst ear infections he had seen that year.  Fast forward to this week - Just got released from the hospital after 3 days in the ICU for a subdural hematoma. The day prior to going to the ER I went to Premier and saw "Doctor" Hale, explained the horrible headaches I had been having without letup, slurred speech issues, typing issues - and he gave me an ibuprofen shot and sent me on my way with no follow up. He said he would call to discuss the emailed blood work results with a phone call - nada. The ER doctors were absolutely appalled at the zero interest/lack of concern about the cause of the headaches, which was easily determined with a simple CT scan. They are the McDonalds of the medical field,
