Within ten minutes, she had assessed, using digital aids (yes, she has up to date equipment), that he was hearing only 50%-70% of what he should be hearing. By the time we left an hour later, he was so much more animated, having conversations with us that he couldn't have had before we saw her, that it was amazing. In my first call to them, I was told that I was being connected to the audiologist; instead I was disconnected. I called back and was told that, since I was disconnected, now the audiologist was busy but would call me back right away. 2 1/2 hours later, I called back again, only to be told "well, we take lunch" and "we have other patients" but that I would receive a call back. Needless to say, I decided it was time to call a competing service provider which in fact answered the phone and agreed to fit in my guest in their busy schedule today.

I kept going back to have the aids turned up. When I returned the third time the employee was gone. Another employee told me the aids couldn't be turned up any higher and that with my hearing loss I required an over the ear amplification which they would provide at no cost because they didn't get it right. Over a month went by. I was waiting for the new aids they promised. I heard nothing, when they finally called and said my insurance wouldn't pay for them so I would have to pay between $3000.-7000. additional out of pocket expenses. No one's insurance pays fully for aids, of course they were not paying anymore. I had already paid them $3000 plus insurance. Three people including the regional manager told me not to worry they would get it right. Well, that didn't happen and they had the nerve to use the phrase "your part of our family and we will take care of you." Not my fault they hired someone inexperienced and to provide a service they were not educated/trained enough to know. They got their money and they were done. I would never return to someone with such poor business practices. Seek out a non-corporate company with people that actually care. Buyer beware!!!
