Phylis runs the front counter and is so friendly and efficient. My audiologist is Allyson and I have been with her since day one and she is amazing. I have had both Oticon and Phonak hearing aids from NHHI. I have a primary audiologist but sometimes due to schedules, I have seen two other audiologists. All of them have been great. At one point I chose to get a second opinion from a renowned audiologist in NYC. She totally concurred with what my audiologist at NHHI had recommended. When I need help they are always there for me, as I mentioned, if not my primary audiologist then one of the others. I could not be happier with an audiologist and I like that all three whom I have gone to have been great. They are all doctors of audiology.

This place used to have issues with answering phones and keeping…read morethings professional as far as the secretaries were concerned but they seemed to hire new staff and people actually answer the phones and call you back now.. Jeffrey took the time to listen to my symptoms and seemed like he cared.. I had surgery to remove a lymph node and he did An amazing job. Everyone was kind and friendly.. The office is small but clean. I've never met any of the other doctors. But Jeff is definitely the best they got. These smaller private offices always seem to care more and offer more help... I thank the ear nose and throat specialists for at least trying to help me figure out what's wrong with me and my lymph nodes... Other doctors don't care and shrug their shoulders.

Husband just received Signia hearing aids (3 weeks old) and one needed tweaking. Was told "I don't get involved with that but they fix it and change serial number on it". So I stated now the hearing aid is not the same one and now a refurbished one and it could be years old. John stated:"SO SUE ME" and started to talk to my husband dismissing me and my concerns. Don't think this is the way to treat someone with concerns, or someone at all!!!!! Think twice before going to Clear Choice Hearing in Keene, Peterborough and Concord.
