I was told by the hospital I had a broken nose and needed to follow up with an ENT. This was the…read more4th place I called and the only ones that could get me an appointment fast. When I got there the next morning they said I didn't have an appointment even though I talked to them the day before. The blonde girl at the receptionist desk was unbelievably rude to me I was shocked. They were able to "get me in" in an hour for an appointment. Once the doctor came in she told me my nose wasn't broken and just my septum was deviated. She told me it would take a while to schedule surgery. It's been 2 weeks since my first appointment and the Nashua ENT still hasnt even contacted me to set up surgery (even though I am DEFINITELY not going there).The other receptionist when leaving my appointment was just as rude as the first one. Would not recommend. I didn't have a good feeling when I left there so I went to a different ENT for a second opinion and thank god I did! They said my nose was broken in 2 spots and it was too late now to pop it back in place so I will need surgery to rebreak it and set it.

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. I walked up to the person at the front desk. She was…read morelooking at her computer screen. I waited. I waited some more, maybe 3-4 minutes total. No response. I said, "Hello, I'm here for an appointment." She didn't take her eyes off the screen. Silence for several seconds. Then, still staring at the screen (no typing, just staring), "Wait a minute." I waited 3 more minutes just standing there. I decided to take a seat. She still just stared at her computer screen. 8 minutes went by. Then she asked my name and handed me a sheet to fill out. I took the clipboard without saying anything. She gave me an annoyed look, and walked away. The doctor was very professional and nice. I know that "It's hard to get good help," but the doctors there need to know that the receptionist should take her eyes off the celebrity gossip website when patients enter the office. That's not a demanding request. That's just good practice.
