I took a day off to go there, but upon arrival, they asked for my health insurance in order to proceed with the testing. I wouldn't have gone if I had known this beforehand. This is a scam--they lure you in with a "Special Invitation" and then require your insurance for the testing. Do not trust them and waist your time! I wasted my time on their nonsense, which was very disturbing. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely impudent and had no shame in conducting this scam. She lacked basic human values and continued to present their deceitful practices as truthful.

After allergy testing five weeks ago, I was promised immunotherapy would begin within three weeks. Nearly five weeks later, the practice cannot locate my serum vials or confirm if they've been manufactured. Staff have no tracking system, provide no updates unless I call, and offer no solutions. There is clearly no management oversight of inventory or patient communication. Save yourself time and frustration by seeking treatment at Allergy Express or other practices that maintain basic operational standards.

We waited almost an hour after our appointment time, but it all made sense when we got to see the doctor. Dr. B patiently sat with my grandmother for around 2 and a half hours. She asked her a ton of questions about her hearing issues, current hearing aids, and general activity. She is also the only doctor that has ever spoken loudly and clearly enough for my grandmother to understand. She tested my grandmother's hearing in a soundproof booth, and explained in great detail what her issues are and what could be done about them. I should mention that my grandmother is also legally blind (which throws off a lot of medical professionals), but Dr. B taught her how to use her hearing aids by feel, which was amazing! My grandmother got new hearing aids, as well as a tester pair to use for a week while they were being built. We had some personal issues in the interim, so it took a while for us to pick up the new hearing aids, but Dr. B's office was super kind and flexible! We also got to try them for a few weeks at home before we had to pay for them, which we were able to do over the phone. Fair warning that the office is in the basement of an apartment building which is NOT handicap accessible. There is a ramp to get into the building, but there are two or three small steps to get to the office. The office itself is also small, but my grandmother's wheelchair just barely fit in. My grandmother's hearing is much better, and we are very happy with Forest Hills Audiology!

The PBIS system that's supposed to help students isn't actually helping the ones who truly need support. It feels like no one is really listening or doing anything to fix the problems. If you're a parent or student looking for a positive, safe, and respectful school environment, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This school has made me feel alone, stressed, and like I don't belong. I wish I never came here in the first place.

I thought it might be allergies since my hearing was just slightly impacted. I made an appointment, and I was happy her office was in my neighborhood. When I arrived, I was the only one waiting. The receptionist was very sweet and professional. The waiting area and bathroom were very clean. The wait to see the Dr was very short. Dr. Z was very kind and explained what she saw after reviewing my ear history. To my dismay, my left ear was filled with wax, ugh. My right ear was fine. The Dr. recommended an ear cleansing that wasn't covered by my insurance. I paid the fee after googling to check out the rates for the cleaning, and it was correct, lol. Baby. that ear cleansing felt amazing. I wanted the right ear cleaned, but the Dr didn't recommend it. Lol. It truly felt like a spa service for my ear. The Dr. showed me all the wax that came out. My left ear really felt clean and clear. Thankfully, I passed my hearing exam with no issues. As we get older, we really have to be thankful for everything that works well physically and mentally.
