I just walked into AccuQuest without an appointment and was surprised because Tiffany helped me immediately even though I wasn't an existing customer. She provided new batteries and tested my hearing aids which turned out to be working. She also demonstrated how to clean and maintain them properly. Frankly, I'm sold on AccuQuest. She booked me a hearing test appointment to confirm that my hearing aids are properly tuned. All I can say is Tiffany is great! Thank you Accuquest! I'll be back.

I think the cost factor is important, and Costco is the lowest of any place around! Cindy spent a lot of time explaining how the aids work. When I purchased the Phillips hearing aids, she was so patient in showing me how to put them on (I have neuropathy in my hands, so grasping & holding on to little items is very difficult). LOL…read more I found Don Tucker through our insurance directory after detailed conversations with them over the phone. Along with Yelp, he seemed pretty solid. We set up an appointment after a hearing test and came away very impressed. He doubled-checked my hearing in a sound booth and gave me several options. And surprisingly, one was doing nothing. Hearing loss, unlike eye sight, is permanent. But by doing nothing, you learn to listen more carefully. LOL I decided to go with the low profile new Phonic ear buds. Very similar, but better than the ones offered by Apple. Yes! The new iPhone ear buds can double as hearing aids. And my new hearing aids can sync with my iPhone and just about everything else that has a blue-tooth signal. I have nothing but nice things to say about Don Tucker and his staff.

Sent to the wrong specialist within the group multiple times. An absolute nightmare to deal with them. The Temecula location has now just canceled an appointment three times and has pushed out much needed care repeatedly. They cancel right before an appointment you have waited over a month for. Schedule at the wrong location. Take over 6 months to schedule a surgery for a tumor that is growing, unbelievable! Surgeon in Poway was wonderful once it finally got scheduled but the unprofessional staff at Temecula and with surgery schedule is beyond unacceptable. At this point, I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy. It's just not worth the headache. If negative stars were an option they would get them.
