I found her on the Internet, this afternoon she cleaned my hearing aids, hooked everything about them to her computer system so she can actually raise or lower volume and other things with her system without me having to even go in. She also cleaned the wax from my ears. I think she spent an hour or longer with me. When I thanked her and said goodbye, I stopped at the front desk to pay the bill. I was told there was no charge. We Love the therapists that have been working with our son for over year now. But we are more willing to make the 12-15 min drive for better care than someone who shoves their agendas down you kids throat. The only dislike we have is their time frame when it come to call outs. Since my son is in kindergarten from 7:40-11:45 and our appt is always at 1 we never know how much he will be able to tolerate after he gets out of a school. So if he is having mental breakdown they don't care. You have to bring them in otherwise you start getting charged for each missed appt. Starts to really add up. There are days i really want to pull him because of their policy. But because of how much progress he's made there we haven't pulled him.
