My dogs enter happy and leave happy. They do a great job with the hair cuts and always add cute extras- hair bows, neck bows and neckerchiefs. My dogs smells so clean and fresh after a grooming there. I love supporting small businesses bc of the friendly & intimate relationships. Great place to go. Highly recommend! I'm not a big "reviewer" but felt compelled to do so today. We have a grooming appt tomorrow and have a scheduling conflict. I called and they are letting me bring my dog earlier so we don't have to cancel the appt. You will be very satisfied with the staff here. I'm very finicky with my babies and wouldn't leave them "anywhere." They also have doggie day care and boarding as well. Lisa was the groomer, and she lacks customer service skills. I was advised she went over my dog 100 times, lol absurd! I asked what can be done to fix the lines, and was told to let it grow out...REALLY? Asked for a puppy cut and round around the face...my dog is now choppy with visible lines from the shaver, and not to mention he looks like a Chihuahua as all you can see are ears. Wish I could leave zero stars! Way to go "groomers". Lesson learned!

Bumped into this new groomer while trying to find the bagel place nearby…read more Had a chat with Kyle a couple of days ago and he sounded capable and efficient....both good descriptions of Kyle and his business. Kyle's a very experienced groomer and so I booked Oscar in...Oscar was there this morning. Oscar came out looking just as I wanted and only an hour so for a complete grooming at a very reasonable price. I advise providing a photo of how you want your dog to look... (possibly from a prior grooming...this takes the guesswork out the equation) Kyle didn't charge me for the "love bite" inflicted by Oscar :)...(I did leave Oscar's muzzle with Kyle, just in case...Oscar can get a little scared in new surroundings) No major harm done and Kyle was "hey...goes with the territory"...very nice of him ! We'll be back !... and I'm giving out Kyle's referral cards. WOOF !
